Would not recommend. Have been a patient there for over 20 years. Have had 4 different insurance companies ,none of them have ever been in their plan. Fees are always over reasonable and customary. They charge extra for everything, remember when the dentist comes in and asks about your job , family, etc it is so they can bill extra for an exam consult or whatever they can charge for. They will tell you that X-rays are mandatory by the ADA , they are not, look it up. It is another way to up charge to increase profits. Then when you question billing or decline the x rays they will cancel your appointment. I would strongly suggest finding a provider that actually puts patient care ahead of greedy profits. I've been a patient there for over 10 years and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a problem with that office or anyone there. Everyone is so helpful, encouraging and honestly cares about my dental health....yes I said health. A dentist and and dental appointments are just as important as any medical doctors. I recently read a review about that office that was horribly wrong and the person who wrote it sounds like a miserable person and probably a difficult person and patient. If they were that unhappy, they should have went somewhere else years ago but they've been a patient for 20 years??? Too much miserable time on their hands. The dentists at that office do so much for our community and donate so much of their personal time to the community, to say are making a profit and money off everyone is absurd! Its a business. I was uneasy trying a new dentist after 20 years with another practice. Once my former dentist retired, however, the search was on. Both the staff and the dentists at Chardon Smile Center are wonderful. Always patient, and always kind. I also appreciate that they offer deals to patients without insurance, although I am fortunate enough to have my own. Life gets tough for people sometimes, and it's nice to know that a practice I support helps the community in this way. read more

I had an emergency situation and like most, I dread dental visits. Dr Titus and his team agreed to see me right before most eat dinner going into the holiday weekend. The entire office was incredible, great attitudes and very warm despite the urgency of my needs, they made my problem way better. When I met Dr Titus he was coming off humming a song in the hall. He was incredible from novacaine through the process. My only semi-complaint was that he made me laugh most of the process and my mouth was incapacitated, which was bad and funny all in one. This business has extremely poor accounting practices. I had major work done in December 2017, then had even more work done February 2018 with extensive out of pocket expenses. Now in October 2018 they are telling me that I still owe more money. I haven't received a bill but they are calling me asking me to pay. I have already paid over $6000.00. This seems like a scam. read more
