Better still, they're even open bank holidays, with free home delivery until 1am from Sunday to Thursday and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. Rashid, the owner, has tried to remain optimistic, but having done everything that he can to adapt to the times, his positivity is running a little thin. He doesn't sell Asian Sweets any more, as it's no longer a niche market for him. They are broadly available elsewhere, and with a short shelf life, it became unfeasible to continue carrying them. Instead he's extended his menu in order to cater for everyone's tastes. It's possible to get Kebabs, curries and fish and chips here these days, all of which are really well made. Personally I prefer the Kebabs, as do most of his customers. You can eat in or take-away, and there's a delivery service within the local area for those that are having a bad hair day.

While all Frankie & Benny's are pretty much the same, and all look awesome, have great music and do fantastic birthdays, this Frankie & Benny's is not quite as lovely as others that I've been to, and I was a tad disappointed. For one, the staff aren't as upbeat as they are in others where I've had waiters go to all kinds of lengths to make my brother's birthday as special as possible. And even when it's not that busy, it doesn't seem to run very efficiently. The other thing that saddens me about this place (and it's only a really minor point) is the layout. It's smaller than most F&B's so the bar isn't as separated from the rest of the restaurant, and one of the things I love about Frankie & Benny's is being able to watch the kitchen, which it's not possible to do from the tables by the windows here. Regardless of these things, Cardiff F&B's is still fantastic and I'd recommend it to anyone going for a group meal or a birthday, and their Christmas meals are great too- perfect for the office party.

It's not your typical cafe, being fairly large and shutting at an early 3pm. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a varied menu consisting of burgers, sandwiches, all day breakfasts and more. The breakfasts come in several hearty options with a decent round of toast. I mainly stick to the breakfasts as they are plentiful and very good value. The service is quick and there is always plenty of seating, they manage to keep it this way by only allowing people to sit who are eating rather than just drinking at the lunchtime rush hour. Outside of the lunch time rush hour, feel free to pop in and have a beverage, they also sell confectionary and cake. On some tuesday evenings this venue can be found to be the home of the comedy club, with many an up and coming comedy act taking main stage.

To each their own but it left no positive impression, at least worthy of potentially returning.
