It's a small location with tons of fresh flowers and already made bouquet and vases. I had purchased three pink roses for 26$. I'm assuming the high cost is due to Valentine's Day. They also had little vases (5x5x5 inches) with little roses in it. Those setups were...99$. Upon scanning the store, I noticed many bouquets to be overpriced. Too overpriced if you ask me. The assistant helped me make a decision, and I proceeded with the order. We communicated by email since they needed the recipient's full address and phone number. I promptly provided the information--but never received any confirmation or update to confirm that my order was being processed. It felt like my request had gone into a black hole. The next day, I followed up by phone since I hadn't heard back. I spoke to several people, none of whom could find a record of my order. Eventually, I reached the person who had taken my order, and I re-sent all the delivery details. She assured me that the delivery would be completed that day and that I would receive a confirmation and receipt. To my surprise, she called back less than ten minutes later asking for all the same information again--apparently, my order had been misplaced, and she couldn't even recall what I had purchased. She again promised to send a confirmation email once the order was finalized. Once again, no confirmation arrived. I had to call yet again to follow up, only to be told the delivery had already been completed. When I asked why I hadn't received any confirmation, they realized they had "made a mistake" with my email address. I find that hard to understand, considering they had successfully emailed me earlier to request the delivery details. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I expected much better communication and professionalism from a florist with Westmount's reputation. Lesson learned: don't be fooled by the polished website--what you see online does not reflect the quality of service you actually receive.

The store sells truly amazing and artistic vases, some of which are simply unique piece of arts. The place is easily assessible. There's a huge parking lot in front of it for free.
