My favourite bar to go to, cheap drinks and good food! Best spinach dip in town and always great for wing night.

Chipotle Chicken Burger & Onion Rings-delicious

Starving...travelling from Revelstoke to Langley. Stopped for food....only a few minutes from the hwy. Its Sunday night and they had a great special... you have the choice from any special from the week which includes a meal and a pint of beer for $10.95. My GF and I both chose the chipotle chicken burger. Mine with onion rings and hers with fries. Everything was really pub-food good. (We've had plenty of pub-food-bad) Loved the chicken burgers, fries and especially the thinner shoe string type onion rings. Taylor was the bartender that also served our section. Prompt, hustled, good friendly energy and aimed to make our experience great. He didn't know that it was NFL Week 1 and didnt have the Sunday night game on, but he knows now and we choose to forgive him for it. I'd easily come back next time we're in the wack.

Great potatoes, stay away from the sirloin... tasted like a hamburger with gravy. The ribs tasted good.

I knew we were meant to go inside. From the moment we stepped into this historical pub, we could feel the bustling energy and good vibes. The staff were quick to seat us in their back area (conveniently located by their well maintained bathroom) - and told us that they would re-seat us closer to the live music if the main area cleared out a little bit (it was packed and full of big smiles) My husband ordered the pot roast special, which came with fresh veggies and yorkshire pudding. He paired it with a freshly poured pint. His meal came quickly and he couldn't stop gushing about the quality of it. We both sat back and admired the charm of this famous local pub, talking to some of the regulars, as we basked in the the crooning of the talented live blues musicians that graced their stage. Dewdney pub has a rich history. It was originally an Anglican church in 1912 - and later became a pub in 1978. In addition to their charming interior - they also have an epic deck and patio area, which is pure bliss on a beautiful day - with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. And every Sunday - they host an epic blues jams that brings both locals and visiting folk from all over. If you're looking for some quality live music and solid Sunday food specials - don't miss out on this local jammin' gem. Trust.

There were many tvs and a big screen projector showing the hockey game. Then I noticed Canucks jerseys hanging from the rafter and on the walls. Ok, so sports was big here. It was not rowdy though. We sat away from the main dining hall and got a corner table near the entrance. Service was ok, took a while for the requested extra napkins to come. Our server forgot about it. Guessed it was busier in the main hall which was on a spilt level up. Food wise, it was decent food in a neighborhood pub. Not a huge selection but it had the typical food here so everyone should be able to get something they like. The calamari was surprisingly good. Tender lightly battered squid, not rubbery at all. The whiskey bbq ribs with fries and slaw were good too. The wild BC salmon burger with clam chowder was so-so. I wished the salmon was a bit less over cooked. Salmon was lightly charred outside and unfortunately the inside was a bit hard. At least not too dry. I would prefer the salmon to just have a light crisp with the inside being 70-80% cooked. The miso glaze was nice though. The clam chowder as the side was bad as it did not taste like it at all. It was more of a cream of vegetables soup with some bits of clams in it. That was a disappointment. Fries or salad for the side in future. I also had the Moscow mule. It had real ginger bits in it. I didn't care for that as you kept getting them in every sip and they were real gingery spicy. Not a place I would make a special trip for, but a decent place for a meal when passing by. They open till 12 midnight or 1 am. Nice sized parking lot in front and back of the building.

Great service and good bar food. Loved the patio with panoramic mountain views…read more Wings were good but not great. I'd say everything I saw looked good for bar food though!
