The partner that stole from us is pretty sneaky and super evasive. When it comes to avoiding the law hes a master at it. Trying to serve him and his wife who was our book keeper/accountant at the time was almost impossible using the regular serving service. we tried so many times and they both kept getting away. We eventually got the idea to hire a PI to serve them so we can start to fight back and get back what's ours. We used JR 3 or 4 times already since and man is he good. These criminals are never able to escape him. No matter how time sensitive it is he gets the job done fast and professionally. Although it was communicated that the issue would be addressed, the family felt that the matter was not fully resolved. Following these events, the family felt there was limited follow-up or support in exploring any remaining options. If you have an issue, he will only do the standard investigative techniques that even ChatGPT can tell you to investigate yourself. For instance, I suspected that there was a keylogger on my Mac device. He only looked through my System Settings to investigate. I needed to press him to run some commands and investigate a little more thoroughly. He didn't ask me what timeframe I needed my data; he only collected data that was live. I've since learned now that there was a keylogger stored on my device, and it was actually contained in an application that looks benign but has actually been tampered with by a hacker. Since finding this through another firm, I realized that this PI firm is a joke and isn't afraid to scam you and give you less quality service than what is apparently necessary. The IT consultant is noticeably lazy, consistently canceled on meetings and doesn't actually investigate a matter (he just does what a tech person would do and asks the standard questions). I did not feel like I was in good hands with this firm, but this is everything in a PI firm. Unfortunately, I had to request to get my money back for the last statement of work with them. Do NOT hire these people if you have a cybersecurity or technical concern.
