They went above and beyond to get us fixed up. The first 2 winters were very frigid when we were still fine tuning our systems and they helped us resolve our issues in some very cold temperatures. A pickup truck had pulled up behind me and he finally got out of his truck and went into the store and drove off a few minutes later. When I arrived no vehicles were parked in front of the store. I finally got out of my car and went inside where 3 employees were working the counter. People that had arrived after I had were being taken care of. I asked why no one was responding to drive thru. I was told they were too busy and they were not responding to drive thru. I said I had arrived there before some being taken care of in the store. They did not care. I said it doesn't take long to take a prepaid package. They still didn't care. I tossed my package on the counter by the manager but forgot to wait for the package to be scanned in. I have dropped off pre paid packages before and had no problem with it being shipped. I was upset at how I was being treated and disrespected. It appears this package is now lost and they can care less. I know I should have waited for a receipt, but my package was right next to the store manager. As far as I know it is still illegal to mishandle mail. I believe they should discontinue the drive thru if they cannot handle it. Adam, the owner, never responded to my request for telephone call to discuss the situation. I had left my number at the store he also owns that is next door to Mail pro.

Now, however, they've jacked up the prices so high that I could go buy new or NWOT on Poshmark for almost the same price. I went on Monday this week because that's when the half-off color changes, and Mondays are also $1.49 day on a specific color tag. This week's colors were white and green. There was practically NOTHING in the entire store with a white or green tag. It was insulting. Customers were complaining throughout the entire store. I also think it's funny how they will have brands like Nike or Victoria's Secret jacked up to $20+, but you might find a Johnny Was top for $6.99. Just shows whoever is pricing has no idea what they have or what anything is worth. Lastly, if you're going to charge $10 for a used stuffed animal, at least mow the knee-high weeds and fix the literal craters in the parking lot, and clean the disgusting fitting rooms. One thing I can promise--I will NEVER donate items to any Goodwill again. I'd much rather give to Salvation Army or local church thrift shops that actually help the community and don't pay their CEOs astronomical salaries.

When I got home, I hung them up in the closet without looking at any of them. As I was leaving town on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, i started packing my clothes on Sunday. That's when i discovered that i was missing one of my favorite shirts. Not only that, but I had 2 flannel shirts and one pair of jeans that were not mine. They had stapled my name tag on top of the real owners name tag and charged me for the incorrect clothing. On Monday, I drove back to the cleaners to return the incorrect clothes but was met with a sign on the door that they were closed because of sickness. On Tuesday I left for my Thanksgiving trip. I returned home late Friday evening after Thanksgiving. I called the cleaners Saturday morning but got no answer. I tried calling on Monday but no answer. Finally on Tuesday I was able to return the incorrect clothing and receive a refund. I told them I was missing a shirt but they had no clue where it was. To this day, I still don't have my shirt and when I call them it is a miracle if anyone even answers the phone. Very poor management!!! Don't put your clothes here or you may not see them again!
