The lady running it is pretty friendly, though she was out of quite a lot of things on the menu sadly (I couldn't get the sweet potato fries or the flavor of sauce I wanted... jeez). Pricing was reasonable, especially for canned soda and bottled water (just a buck!). I noticed as she was preparing that the Mac n cheese was just frozen Stoffers... lol. And the sauces are just Cattlemen's, but on the menu they've been "rebranded" as the food truck's own thing. Sorta lame/lazy but honestly I can't hate too much on her for that; the world is tough right now, so if she can just repackage yummy prepared food for others and make a decent living, more power to her. Everything tasted good ultimately. The wait time for preparation was acceptable. But my pulled pork sandwich was decidedly lukewarm. Dunno why. Could've used a lot more cabbage. Very moist and muffin-like. The coleslaw was okay, but needs more vinegar and a pinch of sugar. The cost was $28 and the meat portions were big enough to make lunch last two days.
