I paid $6,000 for maternity care and only attended three appointments before deciding to transfer to another provider. After leaving, I requested a refund minus the cost of the care I actually received, which I felt was a reasonable request. Initially, I was offered only a $1,000 refund, which I did not feel reflected the limited services that were provided. After nearly two years of back-and-forth communication trying to resolve the situation, Galina eventually agreed to refund $3,000. However, despite that agreement, the refund was never actually provided. Over the course of this process I repeatedly followed up politely by email asking for updates or a timeline, but the situation was never resolved. Meanwhile, I had to seek care elsewhere and even pay out of pocket for emergency care through another provider. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid $6,000 and after months of trying to resolve things respectfully, I was left without the agreed refund and with very little care provided.

Beyond frustrated!…read more I started off by filling out an online form with my information and listed out what items were to be picked up for donation. After about a week later I received an email that simply stated a pick up date for the following week. It was never communicated to me what items are not accepted or where the items must be placed. Today the driver came and the minute he entered my home, he already said nothing can be taken. Apparently they are not allowed to climb any stairs. So they couldn't take a dresser from my upstairs bedroom. Okay fine whatever. My other items were on the first floor, but because there are THREE stairs that separated the living room from the door, they were unable to take anything other than my coffee table. The driver explained that my sectional couch wasn't good enough to be sold. The company would be mad if they took it. Same thing with my TV and desk. I'm confused cause it's my understanding that these are donations that people make for this "rescue mission" yet this company seems to be extremely picky about what they take. If it's not profitable it's not worth taking. None of this was communicated to me before hand. I understand it is not the driver's fault, they are simply following instructions. It is management and the people who schedule the donations. Anyone thinking about using this company, run! Find a better company.

The morning of my appointment I call the phone number to get a better estimate and they call me most times before coming. Have never had an issue. Furniture is not something most donation places want as it's hard to sell. You are better off contacting a church group for furniture but otherwise great job
