I have been to many other malls over the years, and most have been shut down... or should shut down due to low foot traffic. However, this mall looks like you have stepped into the 1980s... no empty spaces, and the mall is full of people. Amazing!!! I was curious to see what some people were complaining about, and it was obscure... Even though the prices are high, I would suggest that people be very thankful for what they have with West Town Mall... it should be appreciated with a much higher score!

The shopping center is anchored by the Kroger supermarket but you'll also find a sporting goods store, wings, Mexican, Teriyaki, professional offices, nail salon, tobacconist and a coin laundry. I really like their clothes, but the sizes that they have in the store always look like they're made to fit a Barbie doll, or a budding teen. The good news is that they can order anything in store for you from their online catalog, to avoid the shipping fee online. The value is rather high for some of the clothing items, but they're always running sales, and when I visited they were running a 40% off sale. The sales associate that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. I ended up picking up my favorite lip gloss here, Smith's rosebud salve and a beautiful lace choker because apparently 90's fashion is back. What I like is that they have all three flavors of the lip balm in store (original, mint and strawberry), which they don't have online.

I thought it was awesome, being a Vol fan from Florida I've never seen so much UT stuff in one place. However, it isn't exactly easy on your wallet to buy something here, even as little as one shirt or jacket can be very expensive. The service was friendly though, and they have some cool stuff in here. (This is where I got the jacket I'm wearing in my profile pic. :P)
