I had the hospital change records. The catheterization results was fine. I quess the stress test and EKG testing was incorrect. Go figure. There should be a mechanism to warn patients of doctors who do far too many needless heart catheterization. $$$$$. Certainly get a second opinion. Zero stars

Not only the treatment, but the whole experience was so relaxing and rejuvenating. She has a wonderful technique and touch, and I felt instant relief. I was also able to have a complimentary skin consultation with Lindy Pettet, and it changed my whole view on skincare! She uses advanced technology and equipment to evaluate the true scope and severity of skin conditions (brown spots, wrinkles, acne, etc.) By doing this, she was able to show me the measurable percentages of these issues and what needs to be done to correct them. Lindy uses pharmaceutical-grade skincare products, like Image Skincare, and was able to create a custom regimen for me to use. She also has several types of peels and other treatments that give the skin a wonderful transformation! Everything was affordable and (most of all) very effective! Dr. Sylvie Morin is so patient, understanding, and knowledgeable; this makes it easy to feel comfortable talking with her about any issue or question. Jayne is fantastic as well, and she is a wealth of information and positive energy. These ladies are able to educate about health, the body, and its complexities in a way I have not seen in other holistic and medical environments. She canceled on me a week before my appt saying my labs were fine. I waited months to get in to see a specialist of course. I am very familiar with RA as this runs in my family. If you are RF negative which both members in my family are then she will cancel. She goes by labs and will not even give you an exam. Her staff kept saying they had me do labs and they haven't (my PCP did). And not all the necessary labs that a rheumatologist would require even. Apparently she doesn't know you can be RF- and still have RA. Very unethical dr! She had the earliest new patient date to be seen and now I know why. Don't bother going to her if you want a intelligent dr that actually specializes in their field. I don't normally write reviews but this was very upsetting. Now I have to wait several more months to see another specialist.

The front desk employee disregarded HIPAA and had me recite all of my personal information within hearing range of the people in the waiting room. When I asked (pursuant to instructions from Medicare) if the doctors accepted Medicare assignment, she was very rude, saying that she never heard of such a thing and I should ask my insurance (Medicare IS my insurance!). She is not a good introduction to this office, but she was very good at chewing gum.
