Also, I had a tilted wheel and dusty and Steve's said I needed sway bar links replaced. My new mechanic said the control arm Dusty's had replaced previously was on incorrectly and that's why my tire was crooked. I did not need sway bar links. Also, John replaced my exhaust before and what he ordered was too short so he welded a small pipe to make it fit and he said what he welded was a catillitic converter and no it wasnt. Also they repeatedly installed an incorrect part on my sisters car. They charge $50 just for grease! Takes a week or two for them to get to your car. I dont recommend

I called and was told by a technician with 20 years experience those marks don't matter your tires are balanced. Yes they are with weights put on the outside of brand new rims. I remembered several people chiming in how great Cragon Automotive is, and they were very kind to me on the phone when I reached out for another automotive issue prior. So I got Kevin on the line as he was returning from a trip to get some parts. Listening, he expressed empathy and asked me to drive over there and he would at least get the window taped up. The challenge was- I have a Hybrid vehicle, and that special battery is located right underneath the back seat. In other words- any rain will kill my car getting into that battery- or at worst provide a rather "electrifying" experience- and not of the good kind... BUT- leave it to Kevin here, and his "three wise men" to not only secure the car with heavy plastic over cardboard, sealing it tight- but he kindly vacuumed out the back seat that was still covered with glass. He is going to get back with me once he is able to get a quote for parts to replace the window. Over and above! I also noticed they had an excellent price on Cooper Tires- so I'm saving up for those after this phase is through. Excellent service to a slightly traumatized female (me) and friendly guys all around, who took care of me even though they were clearly very busy. I know why they are busy too- honest, kind and thorough. I watched them greeting customers who were picking up as I was waiting, many friendly conversations were had. It shows you a lot about a business. So if you want an honest, fast, ethical resolution to a car problem- please give them a call. I think you'll stop right here as you'll be well taken care of. Thanks Kevin and staff!

Ok so this garage is a scam, i had them do all my repairs on my 2005 silverado and 2010 jeep…read morecommander, they replaced my jeeps motor, after saying i would get a rebuild from a company they said they could get the whole thing for $200 less, now im thinking ok now i dont have to pay to have all th parts moved over make it cheaper then buying a block and heads from reman company, nope they got exactly what i was going to get but only used with 100k miles on it, and i had to pay out for new starter which mine worked fine, and new water pump, again worked fine. i figured they had to cos of warranty for the motor, nope. so my $5200 quote to do what i wanted turned into a 100k motor used and untested and total was $7000 instead. we wont go into all teh breaks and other repairs they claim to have done and charged me for on this and the truck, well stick with motor, now i have had constant issues with jeep they replaced my alternator for free cos they had a used one to put on since i paid out the ass for the engine they scammed me on to be "nice" hahahaha. so anyway long story short still having problems over a year later, moved to pittsburgh area got a family trust mechanic shop to look at it, #1 most of the bolt from tranny to motor missing why i was always having a jump when shiting into gear, the flywheel cover plate and all the bolts for that missing, i had them go over leaks s&s claimed they did i had them go over the whole jeep, so far i spent another $3k fixing the issues they caused or claimed to h ave fixed, so for a $5200 quote to $10 grand so far and im still not done. im pretty sure most his regualrs might get good treatment cos they give good reveiws but they really are lazy garbage men pretending to be auto workers. i left a reveiw once so this is an updated to that one to things that have been found they screwed up and or didnt do, and the fact im still trying to work out all the little kinks they caused, oh fyi they yanked on my ac lines and causes a leak in my coolant system on the lines going to rear ac and never put a gasket on the ac connection on compresor they yanked out to replace motor let alone never tried to charge the ac system which worked perfect before they got it. i miss my ice box ac in the jeep after they gave it back. they are really poor mechanics i dont think they qualify to be called mechanics at this point and i would love to take them to court but yea court costs alone would eat up any winnings and they know it why they give shit service.

I had been a regular customer over the last 30+ years and was satisfied with all previous service…read morehowever that all changed, along with my opinion of this business at my last visit. I took my vehicle in because my exhaust system was no longer quiet and wanted an inspection. I was told my vehicle required 2 new resonators and agreed to have the repair performed, however when I went to pick up my vehicle the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light was NOW on. I called and told them of the problem and was asked to bring it back the following morning which I did. I received a call phone from the business staing18 codes were revealed during the diagnostic, something they should have known prior to calling me the day before saying my vehicle was repaired and was told the service engine soon light was probably due to carbon build up from the welding that was performed and should go away after driving it for a bit. I immediately took my car elsewhere to have a diagnostic performed and it revealed that the oxygen sensor had failed (the technician at Mr. Muffler stated he had cleaned the oxygen sensor but in reality, damaged it). I am disappointed that given the opportunity to demonstrate some degree of integrity they did NOTHING to resolve the issue they created. I then had to take my vehicle in for service at a very reputable service center and have the problem resolved, which is what I should done initially. I surely will not make that mistake again. Having been a long-term customer, I am very, very disappointed.
