To begin with, this company does not return calls, much less answer them. For three months I have received letters telling me to pay my HOA, I sent my payment on January the 22nd, the check was cashed on January 28th. Tomorrow it will be a month that I called them to notify them that my neighbors were evicted, and all their belongings were next to my house, so far nothing have picked up or cleaned and here is the evidence, I took this photos today. I'm tired of all these. (The first photo wast taking the next day 05/13/21)

Parking on lawns . Notice the driveway ?

Worst management company! They don't care about their communities, they transfer calls to voice mails instead of trying to solve any issues!

Things are improving. Fences have been replaced. Landscaping in common areas is still lacking.

I haven't been able to squeeze out a name yet, but rest assured that little tidbit of information, along with his personal cell phone number and any other information available on him is coming very shortly... Meet the residents of 17331 Red Oak #10 Houston, TX 77090. The Villas of Westador Condomeniums. Gate code to enter is "3099". On Monday, the neighbor below this neanderthal knocked on their door, and said to them "Hey, you need to actually WALK your dog. You've left him on that wood-plank floored porch for the past 3 days, and the dog's piss and everything else is dripping down on my head when I'm sitting on my patio, below..." The neanderthal responded with laughter, and a turgid invitation for the neighbor to go and fornicate with himself. The next day, this past Tuesday, the dog was seen, still on the small, 12x5 porch, only with a human diaper duct taped to it's hindquarters. Today is Thursday, and they FINALLY took the SAME diaper off of the dog! Not only that, but they also decided sometime between yesterday and tonight, to wrap an old-school phone cord tightly around the dog's mouth and nose, to keep it from whining. Today, they were "decent" enough to replace the phone cord with a thick rubber band. Not only that, but when my girlfriend climbed up the side of the building to get these photos of the dog (attached below), it was learned that the poor guy has a huge, un-treated and abscessed gash across its back and leg, ub addition to being emaciated. The dog had no food or water dish visible. From what I have been able to show with documentation, the Harris County Animal Control has been contacted AT LEAST 14 times, by 4 different residents of this condomenium complex, since Monday of this week, and not a single person has received a response. 3 of the 4 people interviewed today claimed to have also sent emails, to which have been unreplied. Tonight, a group of angry neighbors contacted the Harris County Sheriff's Department, and demanded that a deputy be dispatched to this monster's residence. The Deputy, to his credit, arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. He seemed to show a genuine and sincere concern for the dog, but reiterated the County's policy regarding animals. "We are here to police for people, not animals. That must be left up to Animal Control". He entered the residence and shortly after, the dog was brought inside. The Deputy exited the residence, shaking his head in disgust. He would not share with us what transpired, but assured the pitchfork and torch carrying crowd of neighbors that he would personally make sure that Animal Control will be out there tomorrow, and that he would make a note that this should be a top priority case. God bless this Deputy, because it was obvious the guy wanted to do much more than what his jurisdiction would allow. I'm not blaming Animal Control or the Humane Society here, because Lord knows they have their hands full, and operate on a shoestring budget, but it would seem to me that if they received FOURTEEN messages regarding the same grossly abused animal, that they could at the very least return a phone call. I am a Private Investigator for a living, and have worked cases of grossly neglected pets and animal abuse for several years. I try to volunteer as often as possible to those organizations that can benefit from the services that I'm trained and able to offer. Collecting evidence, documenting, and building a case is what I do. Calling out the disgusting bastards that are guilty of this heinous behavior personally, publicly, and with their personal contact information is an extra little added touch that I take great pride in providing. So I want to personally invite each and every one of you to share this on your page, and until I can find this low-life's name and personal contact information, which I will gladly provide here, feel free to stop by and let this festering jackass know how a companion should be treated. His address once again, is 17331 Red Oak #10 Houston, TX 77090, and the gate code is "3099". That is off of FM1960 and 45N, so anyone in the area is welcome to drive by and witness this for themselves. I would encourage you to write letters, but I'd bet the farm that this worthless thug isn't capable of reading them. If Animal Control fails to take custody of this dog tomorrow, then I have a very strong, and I mean HERCULEAN strong feeling, that someone, no one in particular, has a ladder, a plan, and a bad case of insomnia, and will remove this poor animal from its current state of torture immediately. We scheduled a meeting the following Saturday... this guy forgot the meeting He scheduled and gave me the old "I was in a meeting" excuse. When he arrived he looked over my property and said he was looking forward to working with me. We discussed some of my concerns with what I've seen in other property management companies and he outlined the differences with his company. However, when he sent the contract many red flags were raised. I called and spoke with him regarding 1 particular issue and didn't hear from him again until I mentioned his lack of integrity and follow through in response to another Allsource employee attempting to contact me through yelp. Now he's even offered to reduce his monthly fee to regain my business. No thanks- I can see the signs this would have been a nightmare.

Our leasing experience with this management company was frustrating due to poor communication and…read morelack of follow-through. The process took about a full month. During that time we were told three separate times that the property had been cleaned and was move-in ready. Each walkthrough showed otherwise -- no professional cleaning had been completed. We later learned there had been a water leak, which may have caused delays, but this was not clearly communicated upfront. When we first viewed the home, there were spider webs throughout and both dead and live roaches present. We raised these concerns and were repeatedly assured everything would be addressed before move-in. By the final walkthrough, the condition still had not been resolved, and an additional issue had come up. During that final walkthrough (yesterday), we were told that if we did not immediately pay the deposit, the owner wanted to move on to the "next applicants," even though the property issues had not been fixed. We were also told the owner had already "bent" by approving us, so it was essentially now or never. Once we confirmed we would not move forward under those conditions, we were then offered money off and the option to inspect the property after completion. At that point, it felt less like a proactive solution and more like pressure followed by a last-minute change in approach. There were also inconsistencies during the application process. When I initially called to ask about our application status, I was told there were other applicants ahead of us and we would be processed if they fell through. After I provided the address, the associate confirmed we were actually the only applicant. That kind of misinformation made the process feel disorganized. I understand that maintenance issues can happen and that properties owned by LLCs can sometimes add extra layers to communication. However, clear, accurate updates and accountability are essential when people are planning a move on a tight timeline. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future tenants considering this property in Richmond, TX.
