We had our daughters birthday party here. Prior to the party I called to ask about Gluten free options. I was told they had hotdogs, french fries, and pizza. So I pre-ordered a pizza (along with the gorilla for other guests). The day we arrived, told "no gluten free pizza was available" so we ordered hot dogs and fries...told as the pizza's were being served "oh, no fries as it is broken". So our daughter had 2 hot dogs while everyone else enjoyed pizza (was told we could not order in a gluten free option). We booked the party and were given 10 passes, we also had 5 coupons for free entry. We told the front desk to use the 10 birthday passes first, that way we could use the coupons at a later date. When we left, they had 5 passes left and no coupons...they gave those first and refused to change this. We spent well over $300 for this party. Not once did we get "How did we do?" to follow up. Very disappointed. Good place to go if you are just going swimming, do not book a party here. read more

It's just the right size if you have mixed ages of children as it's not too large that you can't keep an eye on all of them, but not so small that the older ones get bored. It's a pretty good deal too, there are a number of different packages, but if there are four of you and you need to keep the kids busy all afternoon, that's only $70 including a pizza and soft drinks. Now, the problem is that there's lots more ways to lose your money nearby, there's an overpriced gift shop and a video arcade to entice children, batting cages and go-karts. Try to keep them all in here. I'd say the place seems well maintained, there's a nice locker room showers and changing area, I recommend you take a good soapy shower before getting in so less of the chlorinated water soaks in (it's their rule anyway), and then again rinse off thoroughly afterwards. Bring moisturizing body lotion too. It's loud, you know there are lots of children here, so it can be more fun for adults if you bring hearing protection. I don't have my own children so I could care less about screams of "Mommy I'm drowning," really none of the kids were yelling about anything dangerous as they have a crack team of excellent lifeguards tirelessly enforcing safety rules in spite of too many lax parents trying to ignore said rules. But many children were screaming, hence my advice about the hearing protection. read more

We are back where we were last year this time - DISGUSTING water, as in murky, oily feeling on your skin, unable to see to the bottom, hair wrapping around your feet. WE LOVE Chaos. This is unacceptable water conditions. Since this seems to not be a concern to the people in charge, can you please create a "gross" meter and a "water clarity" meter for your website? So we can know when to avoid. Getting ridiculous to pay for 5 people and to walk into a disgusting facility. read more

As soon as I entered the chlorine burned my eyes, the little toddler kid area the flooring needs to be fixed or replaced because it's all chipped and cracked causing my 5 year old to constantly get scratched and get a rash. It's a very small and tight in there. It was also very humid in there! I probably wouldn't go again not worth the price. read more

We had a great time today! The lifeguards are very strict with the rules, which I suppose is important when dealing with a lot of water and a lot of kids. We didn't eat there but the pizzas and breadsticks I saw others enjoying looked fabulous and seemed reasonably priced. We will definitely return! read more

Went yesterday with my husband. Not a bad size for Eau Claire. The water slides were fun as was the lazy river. They also have a hot tub that's off in the corner. We recommend ordering food right when you get there because the guy took 10 mins to get us a hot dog. Not the Dells..but prolly will return in the winter for something to do. read more

Hello. I was at the water earlier today with my son. While in the lazy river a young male flipped me out of my tube, and then pushed my head under the water. I immediately found a lifeguard and all she said was okay. I calmed down and went back on the lazy river with my son. We were floating and then the same male went past and said "are you ready" .. to me this implied he was going to yet again flip me off my tube and push me under the water. I immediately took my son out of the water and went to go speak to a manager. I told her everything that happened and seem to not care. She asked me if I could I identify him and I explained exactly what he was wearing and I pointed him out as he was walking up the stairs to the slide. She said "we will see what we can do". An hour and half later he was still at the water park and continually stared at me. I did not get back into the water because I was scared this would again happen again. This is unacceptable nothing was done. He should've immediately been removed. My family frequents this place a lot and I'm not sure we will be returning because it seems the safety of your guest does not matter. read more

super fun, had a blast. quick tip: if it is lightning outside the slides will be closed and its not as fun. they have a wave pool and a regular pool a hot tub and a splash pad for the little kids. the slides are super fun too. great pizza but super noise read more

Customer service is getting bad. I bring my kids here and always get them food. Tonight, Cody told me they would not make me a gorilla pizza. I had to walk through the hotel in my wet suit and get my own because of a new policy. Their new policy is apparently not to take care of their customers. I don't understand why they won't carry a pizza 500 feet for a guy spending a hundred bucks. I plan to spread the word. read more

Chaos has tons of concrete sculptures and lots of colorful paint to make it whimsical, but because of all the non-traditional construction techniques and materials, sculptures are breaking (exposed metal rebar), and paint is chipping off into the water everywhere. These construction methods simply require more maintenance than a traditional tile and grout pool, and the owners have been neglecting that maintenance. Nozzles that should shoot water are broken throughout the park. Most of the flooring is excellent, soft, non-slippery, non-abrasive for no skinned knees if you do fall, however most concerning from our trip is a particularly slippery section of flooring by their tables where a different flooring material is used. They have a painted sign at this spot to notify you it's slippery rather than replacing the flooring. My kids slipped on this spot four times in two days. We saw half a dozen other people fall here. Some adult falls looked really painful. Someone is going to break a bone. You are placing your trust in a pool operator when your kids get in the water they are responsible for maintaining as sanitary and properly chemically balanced. You are also trusting them when you let your kids hurtle down high speed water slides. Ignoring safety issues erodes that trust. A little TLC would really improve Chaos. Still it's an excellent value that we drive all the way from Minneapolis for. read more
