They finally came up with something we all loved! The wrist tattoo came out awesome! While I was being of supportive of my friend 's tattoo, I decided to get a quick one while I waited. Very good experience both times that I have gone to get my piercings. I had the same piercer both times and they were super nice and reassuring. I got my navel pierced there yesterday and ended up passing out and they were super patient with me and got me a drink, super nice and let me take as much time as I needed to get my footing and calm down. Went and got my nose pierced. There were a few people in line in front of me, and I wasn't quite sure where to go to ask for a piercing once inside, but someone quickly came and greeted me and I was able to let them know why I was there. She said she couldn't give me a wait time since others in front of me didn't know what they wanted yet, but that it normally goes by quick. 15 minutes later I presented my ID, paid and was taken back! This is a review of my LOTR tattoo of the tree of Gondor and my coverup with a turtle. Its been almost 4 months since I got both and the LOTR tattoo has lost ink in some places like the tattoo artist didn't go deep enough and the cover up I got that was a turtle in place of the old tattoo, the old tattoo is showing through. I followed the aftercare 100% correct and they have both fading quite a bit. I don't remember the guys name. He was young, short and wore a hoodie. I'm kind of scared to go back and have it touched up because I have never done that before and I don't know if he would touch it up for free or charge me the full price of the tattoo. I don't know if I went somewhere else would another artist touch it up for me. read more

Weird staff. When I first entered with my mom they all just ignored it, we weren't sure how they roll so we sat down behind someone also waiting or as we thought. They stood there for so long so we moved and went to a lady sitting down, she was busy attending someone else for about 20 minutes. Worst place to go as soon as we got they were being rude. We wait for 3 hours then they tell us they can't do our tattoo and we have to wait on another guy. The other guy shows up mad because he has to do our tattoo repeating that he was mad. Then he says " i shouldn't be doing a tattoo I'm just going to mess it up and rush through It. So we left. My friend got her cartilage done here last weekend and pierced it with a gun. A GUN. no piercer in their right MIND pierced ANYTHING with a gun. she's on her way to URGENT CARE to get her INFECTED CARTILAGE seen about. she also expressed that her "piercer" was sick while they pierced her. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It deserves a 0 star. I got certain piercings done that needed a longer bar to compensate for swelling and healing. Instead I received a short bar. As a result my body rejected the piercing. It was a waste of time and money. Over halloween holiday they hung out their window what appeared to be the persona of a black person hanging. I will NEVER go there again. I've been getting piercings here for so long this is the only place I've ever been pierced because they are phenomenal all the people there are amazing I see a lot of reviews that say they got their cartilage pierced with a gun and that's not true I know the piercer there she has been there for over ten years, she always uses a needle unless you ask for it to be done with a single use cartridge and even then she tries to talk you out of it. So if y'all did get pierced with a gun that was your own decision !! Don't blame it on the shop because you didn't take care of your piercing and it got infected ! Even with a gun your piercing will do just fine. People get on my nerves so bad, they have full control in the situation and if they get upset over something they always want to blame someone else! So say you decide you want your cartilage pierced, you go into Claire's and get it done. They can and will do it with a gun are you going to get all pissy and post another bad review ? read more

People say they are friendly there although in my experience the lady that did my piercing didn't even do the little dot to show me where she is going to put it nor did she ask me where I wanted my ear piercing like all other places I've gone have done. She was very rushy and in my opinion rude my friends said it was just because she was busy. Regardless she shouldn't treat her customers with such negativity. When I pulled up I was unsure because it doesn't look like much from the outside. However, when I walked inside it was very nice and clean. I went to get my daith done and wound up getting my cartilage as well. The piercer was extremely nice and welcoming, and was extremely fast and honest about everything. I loved the fun environment and will be returning back to get my one tattoo finished and for future ones as well. The prices can't be beat and the quality is amazing. This place sucks. They don't change their gloves when doing piercings. My nose is really infected and my doctor said it was from them. I told him how I was cleaning it three times a day with sea salt spray {H2Ocean} and I've talked with my friend who is a tattoo artist but not a piercer and he said it shouldn't be infected.
