The staff have always been nothing but helpful and appear to work very hard, yet they get no respect or in return. I myself have once seen him throwing things around in the back and yelling at the top of his lungs when it appears something small has gone wrong. I've seen reviews on google from former employees stating they are never trained properly and are expected to work without flaw off the bat and have been punished for misunderstanding minute details. I will never return to a place that treats their staff so poorly. Also they do not accept credit which is quite inconvenient for myself and others who have shopped their in the past.

The employees are pleasant and helpful. There are always one or two out front and I've never had any issues with them. They've been in that same location since before 2001 when I first started going there and have updated it from time to time. I've never seen any problems and it is always clean and dry. The only note of mention is that the doors are always open so the inside is always the same temperature as it is outside. If it's snowing out, bring some gloves and a jacket!

It was mushy on the inside. It's not only at this place but I found it to be the same everywhere. It's because it's overripe. They are located right across from the Richmond Nature Park with free parking out front. They even have shopping carts to lighten the load. A bonus! The place was clean and service was okay. Their delivery service is prompt in that you can select a delivery for the following day, and their deliveries are well packaged, sustainable and returnable/recyclable. Their delivery person is also really nice, which can change, but is a nice bonus. I'd say their website user interface needs some help, as things go missing in my cart without notification, but that's a minor nit to pick. The best aspect of this company is their customer service. They are very considerate of their customers - I once ordered some chips and was given a small discount after purchase because of the short shelf life.
