I contacted Wayne to request an estimate to cut back approximately 10 feet of my crape myrtle. During our conversation, he provided a verbal price and explained that the next step would be to send a written estimate. He stated that once I reviewed and signed the estimate, we would then discuss scheduling the work. The estimate was sent on 12/16, the same day we spoke; however, I did not review or sign it. I missed a call from Wayne on Thursday. When I returned home Friday evening after being away for work, I was surprised to find that the tree had already been cut. I later listened to the voicemail, which stated that he was sending his crew out to trim the tree. At no point did I provide approval or authorization for the work to be completed. I was unable to speak with Jonny Nichols until Monday, 12/22, at which time I explained my concern that work had been performed on my property without my consent. After some back-and-forth with Wayne, he said he would speak with Jonny regarding the situation. The following morning, Wayne called to inform me that because there was no signed estimate on file, the invoice would be removed. However, I was also told that I would be dropped as a client for irrigation services. I found it troubling that despite the company acknowledging there was no authorization, I was ultimately held responsible for a situation that resulted from their failure to follow their own stated process

He had to replace a few heads and dug the yard up in such a way that you would never know he dug the grass around them. My only complaint is the schedule process. I asked the customer service person if they could give me a day they would be here. She was very friendly and explained she could not since they were so busy but that I was on the call ahead list. (I wanted to make sure I was home so I could ask questions about setting up the controller) I called again the next day to inquire again if they had a rough idea when they would be here. Again she said she could not but they had me as call ahead......see where this is going? Sure enough 9:30 ish Monday morning here comes Juan pulling up in front of my house. No phone call, email, text or anything. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job (price was fair, I thought) but this area needs to be worked on. It kept them shy of 5 star rating. Just to be fair I will use them again to winterize my system, hopefully I will get a call ahead of time.

My grass is brown as they did not turn on irrigation system. For 3 weeks in a row I have received text messages that they are coming the next day to turn on system. I do not live there full time but I am betting the system is still not on. I continue to ask they not put chemicals down on a Tuesday as my grass is always cut on a Wednesday. The chemical guy showed up on a Tuesday. He told me he would not place chemicals down. Now for 3 weeks in a row I have received a text he will be putting chemicals down the next day (Tuesday). Again, no response to calls, emails or text messages. All of my services were prepaid.

That didn't happen (red flag). Finally I get a scheduled appointment and after waiting all day, no one shows up! I get a text during thr evening with poor excuses and promises for an appointment the next day (flag). The landscaper shows up the next day and just starts work. While he is working I ask if he's aware of the hedge requirements and he say no but, he's got me. Seems to me a phone call should have made but, it wasn't. I go back into my home and when I return to outside of my home all of the hedges are trimmed going far beyond my original request. I received nothing in writing about up charges, pricing for services or at least a notification of the additional cost. Oh yeah the worker didn't know the parameters of the job to start with because there was nothing in writing! I paid the agreed upon price via an electronic invoice. Done deal, right ? I later received an additional invoice for over $200 more! Did I mention I'm a senior on a fixed income? Well I'm mention this to Moreno and Rose via text! Response: that's the price, gas and so on. Then was told I could arrange for a payment. Got some help from my friends and was able to pay the invoice. Late fees of over $60 were added! I DON'T RECOMMEND TO LLC!
