Before the job, he came out to walk the property and do a consultation. William walked me through the pros and cons of removing various trees without pressuring me in any direction, and he made sure to give credence to any sentimental value that certain trees might hold for my family. Ultimately, I had two shrub beds cleared, about four very large trees removed, about six medium trees removed, and minor elevation (removal of low branches) done on a couple of trees. His team was able to complete the project promptly in about a day without dragging on because Pro Cut has top of the line, heavy duty machinery at its disposal. I particularly appreciated Pro Cut's fast response when a tree came down in a storm just before the project was about to start, and William took care of that rapidly too. Great customer service. The bottom line is that Pro Cut came recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to others, too.
