He had never had a massage before so I was super excited to see how he might like the experience. We tried contacting several spas and massage providers who either didn't have the availability or didn't respond back. Finally, I texted Metta on the number listed on their website and they responded within a few hours. We were able to schedule sessions for the time and day we wanted via text which was very convenient. My masseuse called out sick the day of so I was paired with Forest. My boyfriend was paired with Tav. Both providers were friendly and accomodating. My boyfriend LOVED his massage with Tav. He said he dozed off a few times and could see himself coming back every month - such a great sign for someone new to massage. I enjoyed my session with Forest as well and left feeling relaxed. A few things to note: they don't provide couples massages but instead do tandem massages. Meaning, you're in different rooms. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us but could be for others depending on your preference. They also still require masks here. We brought our own surgical masks but were asked to use their K95 masks they provided. This was a little uncomfortable during the service, especially while facing down, but I can understand the need if they have a lot of immunocompromised clients or staff members.

He went from being non verbal to being able to say full sentences. His social skills have become amazing and over all playing skills have grown. The staff has gone to the moon and back for our family especially since my daughter was diagnosed at 18 months. The over all environment is amazing. I walk away feeling confident I've been provided the tools and knowledge to help my kids succeed and thrive. I don't know what I would do without our spot family. Thank you

This place is truly amazing. We have been to another private therapist that was just mediocre but…read morethis place it the best. They have multiple treatment rooms, a multi sensory room and and large gym. The therapists work hard to get to really know your child and target their needs and strengths. Communication between staff and family is great and they are open to discussing different treatment options and goals. They are also willing to work with the school and IEP teams. My son does SP, OT, and ABA there and we couldn't be more happy with his progress do far.
