buffalo wings and chicken skewer

The food was ok. It's not the best. The pad thai wasn't even the correct noodles but it tasted okay. Our waiter was very quick and the place was cute. The portions are very small, we were not full after one dish.

The service is wonderful, everyone is super kind and it was really a fun time when picking him up with a birthday celebration! The ambience is really high and the outdoor area overlooks the palm trees and pool. Wonderful for an evening to enjoy! Now for the food, we probably ordered like 20 dishes for three people. The sashimi slices are superduper, thin and dressed with delicious tasty sauces. The sashimi on top of seaweed salad was also delicious. We were able to taste every plate on the sashimi list (Hamachi is a MUST get) and got a couple rolls (spicy crab is sooo good) to enjoy. And omg I HIGHLY recommend the miso crème brûlée! Would come back again -- I'd say it's always a "this is really tasty" 4/5 star location to grab a bite :)

When we arrived, instead of trying to help or accommodate us, Alejandro and Natalia were very rude and unwelcoming. We felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than valued guests. To make matters worse, they wanted to seat us in an isolated corner, and their attitude throughout the interaction was disrespectful and dismissive. Traveling with a baby can already be challenging, and a little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. We understand that mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for treating guests with such a lack of respect. This experience left a very negative impression and was far below the level of hospitality we expected.

You can taste the pride in the flavors. We could've eaten here everyday and I'm looking forward to our next visit just to eat here again. And of course the beautiful island. ;) The burger is to die for! It's juicy, flavorful and decedent. The shrimp bowl was insane with perfectly grilled shrimp, vegetables, and rice. We also got the chefs special with asparagus- YUM! We want to try the shrimp burger next time. Our drinks were delicious! You can tell they really take the time to pour love into their food and cocktails. The service was beyond outstanding! They're all so kind and attentive. Huge shoutout to Guillermo who came out of the kitchen to explain the dishes to us. He's so passionate and talented, it really shines through him. It's amazing to see his talent showcased in the meals he presents! Thank you for an amazing experience. We can't wait for our next visit

It's a gorgeous and quaint spot with entirely covered outdoor seating with views of the water. Food options include rice bowls and burgers, and they have alcoholic drink options. I got their veggie bowl and thought it was delicious! After days of meat eating, the vegetable bowl was perfect. They have a few spots for parking across the street. Service was attentive, friendly, and efficient. They have COIVD protocols in place like hand sanitizer and temperature checks.

I ordered the passion açaí bowl and got something different but it was still delicious. The huevos rancheros and iced oatmilk latte were perfect. Turns out it was mixed in the acai (i think?) never heard if that. It definitely didnt taste like any of those fruits. The fruits i added.. well... the peach slices never made it to the bowl... the prunes were BITTER .. (my thing is do t offer it if its not ripe?!) and the raspberries were out of the freezer. But worst: the acai itself was icy/choppy and bad.. i didnt even finish it But the latte.. i asked the waiter less milk. He brought it full milk.. but it wasnt even espresso! It was SO bad i could not have more than two sips. I should have returned it but its not my style. Ugh. And the waiter wasnt even nice. None of that mexican hospitality... just cold and not smiling and he dissapeared. There were like 7 staff members and two clients... no one smiled... well one woman did but all the others i always said gracias with a smile and nothing. It was bad bad bad. Oh and no parking,

Nestor was the waiter, greeter, and all-around "make sure you're taken care of" guy. Fatema and Betty were wonderful servers--friendly, accommodating, and fun to chat with. And a big thank-you to Fege in the kitchen for the amazing food! The atmosphere is charming, with cute decorations and open-air seating. The fans kept us plenty comfortable during our October visits. Now, the food! The steak chilaquiles were the best I've ever had, and my husband said the same about his breakfast quesadilla. The famous coconut French toast absolutely lived up to the hype. Definitely worth ordering! But those potatoes... perfectly seasoned, topped with cheese, and mixed with a little corn. Sooo good! I'm still dreaming about them. Yes, we ordered them again. Of course we did. Prices were fair, and the generous portions made sharing easy. We're at that stage of life where we eat a little less and share a little more--but apparently, I'm still very protective of my potatoes! Wonderful people, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Mango Cafe is absolutely worth a visit--and then another!
