We were interested in checking out wallets and our SA was kind enough to show us their inventory. She was personable, blunt, adorable, kind of eccentric, so I really liked her. Plus, she was from Taiwan (shout out to the motherland)!
Our entire shopping experience took about an hour, so it was on the shorter side and a bit rushed, but that's only because everything closes early in Australia and we were on a time crunch to get to other stores. Within that time, we were still able to pick out a wallet, get it gift wrapped and pay... very short compared to our experience at the first Chanel in Paris (3 hours)! Also, no beverages were offered during our stay, but I didn't see any other clients with beverages either.
This Chanel is on the smaller side, so it hits max capacity fairly quickly. We came on a Monday holiday afternoon and had to wait about 5-minutes to get in. Inventory isn't very large but with the cheaper prices and 10% tax return, I say it's worth a stop to see if anything catches your eye. read more
