The issue is the contacting them, because there simply is no contacting them. They've implemented a new AI, it does not work and in the past 2 hours I've gotten nowhere and wasn't able to speak to anyone, and now I am not sure if I will be able to get my necessary meds. The front desk staff was extremely disorganized and neglected their duties, severely impacting my health (again issues with getting meds and reffreals out to me/my pharmacy/other Doctor's offices), but this is far worse. I have choosen to take my care elsewhere, I feel very failed. They can not even put a real person on the phone. If you can get in the care is good, but it's impossible to access.

After my last visit, I decided I would find another doctor next year for my yearly checkup and my normal 2 prescriptions. No big deal. However, somehow I was scheduled for a follow up visit. I missed my appointment because I didn't know about it or need it. After this he abruptly cancelled my prescriptions jeopardizing my health. I've received numerous letters from them saying I owe $90 for this missed appointment. I tried to call his office to discuss this and his staff was very rude and unhelpful.

The Dr. prescribed an antibiotic and after a day I called to inquire about the side effects. The nurse was very careful to ask me about the symptoms and how I was feeling, and she called me back promptly to let me know the Dr. had changed the prescription. I don't expect them to know when a new antibiotic is going to negatively affect me but I appreciate the fact that they changed the prescription immediately.

He spent time asking me pertinent questions and listened to all my issues, fears and needs. He had a plan for further wellness with a Med change and gave me a step by step plan on how to proceed for wellness. Very nice and comfortable to work with.

Dr. Uddin is far more dedicated to his bottom line than his patients health. After missing too many…read moreappointments (he was treating me for adhd and depersonalization) he terminated our medical relationship and refused to prescribe me a portion of my next month's medication. Medication that he deemed medically necessary. He did re-prescribe me the medication that has legally actionable side-affects. Just not the other medications. Meaning he went through my medication schedule and hand-picked only the medications that would get him in trouble to stop abruptly. It was a spite thing, i'm fairly certain. So if you are looking for a doctor, know that doctor Uddin holds the mental health of his patience as ransom. Now excuse me, i have to research to doctors quickly, because my last one knowingly left me in psychological distress.

She did not take my concerns very seriously as stated. I was called simply to be insulted and informed that I was lying, as patients are always informed of this late cancellation policy. This is the WORST neurologist office I have ever been to, I'll go elsewhere! Please please read negative reviews before making your decision. You'll see a pattern. After having a great experience during my ER visit, at Menorah hospital I put trust in who they referred. My first experience with Johnson County Neurologist was the scheduling. The wait time I was given was over a month even though I stated ER needed me to be seen in 2 days. Glad I didn't die waiting for my appointment. (SMH) This is the same amount of time a patient is given without any ER visit. My second experience was with the neurologist herself, Dr. Younger, who did nothing more than what the hospital had done over a month before with the addition of scheduling a MRI, blood & Nerve test. She's the furthest thing from empathetic while trying to convince you to take prescription meds stating "it's a fun little drug". The location she selected for my MRI was a month out. Thanks to my PCP two weeks later I found an imaging center that got me seen in 2 days. It would have been the same day but they waited all day for the referral to be faxed over by Dr. Youngers office. The nerve test referred to me was with her colleague Dr Clark. Which AGAIN I had to wait yet another month. At this point it was clear this office doesn't care about finding answers for its patients in any timely manner. The day before my appointment I received a call from their office. The call was very short, ONLY stating that I had two appointments back to back and start times. This was the same info I previously confirmed from their text. There were no further details given including any cancellation policy. Living over 35 minutes away being told, if late your appointment will be canceled, would be remembered. On the day of my appointment it was storming, even leaving my house 10 minutes early, unpredictably I had to wait in multiple traffic accidents, and slow downs due to the storm. When I arrived at their location lo and behold no parking as always bc it's shared with the whole hospital. By the time I found parking and rushed in during the storm I was 10 minutes late. The front desk lady took her sweet time, a few minutes later informed me I possibly wouldn't be able to see the doctor because my appointment started at 9:40. I looked back down at my phone the time it was exactly 9:52. (Keep in mind this after the couple of minutes that she wasted) Upon checking (now 9:53) she said Dr. Clark stated he didn't have enough time to do my appointment. With having back to back appointments I of course requested to reschedule them as I wasn't going to wait around for almost an hour because Dr. Clark felt that a "40 minute procedure" (Kim Pratt's words) couldn't be completed in that little of time... (47 minutes) AGAIN they couldn't get me in for a month and a half. I'm expected to wait, continuously having issues that put me in the ER in the first place, until mid August now. That's 4 months just wasted on WAITING! Of course I shouldn't of been surprised when she had me waiting around another 10+ minutes while "rescheduling" my appointments. Something that took 2 minutes the last two times. Seems very odd! I also find it awkward how they conveniently have enough time to waste our time as patients. When you arrived on time you're expected to wait over 15 minutes in the room to see the doctor. Which is another thing I experienced on my first visit. I had waited OVER 15 minutes from the time the nurse left the room until the time the doctor came in. Yes, but me being 10 minutes late, as I'm not willing to kill myself to get there, will throw EVERYONES day off -- again Kim Pratt's words. Complete rubbish! There's no true concern here for the patients, their time, what they're going through, or actually finding out answers.

Most Doctor's don't listen or it seems they're just too busy and want to get the day over with. Or some doctors just think they know everything without even listening to the patients on what's best for them. Doctor Kyle Miller will hear you out. Ask you many questions. I made an appt when I got home and it took nearly 2 months to get in. Today they call me while I am literally driving to my appt and say "sorry we can't see you today since you haven't been here in a while you're a new patient". I've had the appt for almost 2 mo the and they only figure that out 30 minutes before I'm supposed to be there? The right thing to do would have been to go ahead and see me but I guess this practice isn't interested in doing the right thing. The front and back office will ruin a Dr's office for you everytime. It's rarely the physicians fault. I will be finding a more competent office going forward. That is deplorable customer service. No one seems to want to do the right thing anymore sadly.
