    This company has a very low standard for customer service. I bought a drive belt for my UTV from…read morethem and the belt I purchased turned out to be the wrong belt. I bought the belt as a back up belt in December and did not notice until January that it was the wrong belt. I called customer service in January and advised them that I had the wrong belt. I had entered all my vehicle info on their website under my account. The person I spoke to could not tell me which belt my UTV required. He advised me to disassemble my UTV and determine what belt was in it. He never mentioned that there was a 90 day return window on the belt I had received. It was quite a process to access the belt to determine what belt I needed. Fast forward to yesterday and I removed and determined what belt I needed. I called back and this time I spoke with Luke. Luke advised me that I am not able to return the belt due to time passed the return window. He went back and reviewed the call from December and stated that the conversation I had prior to ordering had no bearing on me receiving the wrong belt. The belt I purchased has not been out of its package and has been in my bedroom closet since purchase. It is pristine. This is not my first order from this company but it will be my last. Had the first person I spoke to in December prior to my order been competent they would have been able to determine what belt was required. As far as I know it could have been Luke on the first call and second call as well as my third call. Luke was totally inconsiderate in his handling of the problem. The only thing that distinguishes companies is customer service. This is not a good example.

    Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Starting from the moment we walked in. The car I came in for…read morewas out on "vacation" with an employee when I inquired originally. Finally got in to see the vehicle and when we started the deal, the entire sales staff tried to completely low-ball my trade value (by over $5,000). The finance manager tried to tell me that I couldn't get this car at that price anywhere else. I told them what the other dealership was offering and he said "they're just undercutting your car to make a better sale" and then proceeded to do the exact same thing to me. I stated that I am a Stage 4 Cancer Patient, and that I was trying to put money back in my pocket from my trade in due to not being able to work, but they kept fighting me on what my trade value was. We researched and got numbers from multiple dealerships and websites and knew what we were looking at. One of their offers to "sweeten" the deal, was to offer me a Lifetime Warranty....to a stage 4 cancer patient. Total slap in the face. Once the deal was finalized it took 2 weeks to get my check from the dealership, and 55 days to receive the title, after being forced to contact Auto Dealer Services Division Indiana Secretary of State. They had to call on my behalf and threaten this dealership to get things moving. Was informed by state that this dealership has these issues often. Don't shop here.
