This company has a very low standard for customer service. I bought a drive belt for my UTV from them and the belt I purchased turned out to be the wrong belt. I bought the belt as a back up belt in December and did not notice until January that it was the wrong belt. I called customer service in January and advised them that I had the wrong belt. I had entered all my vehicle info on their website under my account. The person I spoke to could not tell me which belt my UTV required. He advised me to disassemble my UTV and determine what belt was in it. He never mentioned that there was a 90 day return window on the belt I had received. It was quite a process to access the belt to determine what belt I needed. Fast forward to yesterday and I removed and determined what belt I needed. I called back and this time I spoke with Luke. Luke advised me that I am not able to return the belt due to time passed the return window. He went back and reviewed the call from December and stated that the conversation I had prior to ordering had no bearing on me receiving the wrong belt. The belt I purchased has not been out of its package and has been in my bedroom closet since purchase. It is pristine. This is not my first order from this company but it will be my last. Had the first person I spoke to in December prior to my order been competent they would have been able to determine what belt was required. As far as I know it could have been Luke on the first call and second call as well as my third call. Luke was totally inconsiderate in his handling of the problem. The only thing that distinguishes companies is customer service. This is not a good example. read more

Paid $3,000 for a SUATV 6" lift kit. The rear shock brackets did not fit my machine. I had a virtual visit with a mechanic. They confirmed it was not a good fit. They gave me the green light to modify it myself. No refund no compensation. They just said they will honor the warranty if I ever needed to use it. Cheap products that don't fit. I ordered $3500+ worth of parts from SuperATV. I ordered parts that clearly were for one RZR XP4, but somehow two sets of tree kickers were ordered on my end. It must have been my mistake. I received no call, no questions, nothing. They shipped it all. And are making me pay return shipping + up to 25% restocking fee. When recognized on our end, parts were missing from one of the kits. What wasn't missing was two full sets of tree kickers. Heavy, huge, tree kickers. We immediately contacted them and got an RMA. My email correspondence describes the resulting interaction. This is why they only have first time customers. My email to them: Hi Corey, Thank you. I'm sharing this as candid feedback--what I would want to hear if I were in your position. I understand your policy and that return shipping is typically the customer's responsibility. That said, as a new customer, it was frustrating that two full sets of tree kickers were shipped when the remainder of the order clearly aligned with a single RZR. This feels like something that could reasonably have been flagged and confirmed prior to shipment. Given that, I'd ask you to consider covering the return shipping in this case. I am only able to provide return shipping on items where there is a fitment issue with a product that should fit the machine, or in instances where I place the order for the customer and send out the wrong components. Ordered a set of doors for my Polaris Ranger and after realized they were not the ones i wanted (my fault). We called and purchased the ones we wanted and they said it was no problem as long as they weren't opened, then hit me with a $120.00 restocking fee! Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping items eligible for return unless an exception is approved by SuperATV Customer Service prior to the return. This company sells the poorest made Chinese junk parts and accessories around. My friend was hurt bad by the failure of some Chinese recycled pot metal A arms, which broke on his first ride which flipped his car with his family in it. I've also seen cheap axles where the splines grind down smooth in a few hours. Replacement Chinese fuel pumps that catch fire and many other dangerous parts that this company sells. Parts that do not fit at all or fail the first time they are used. As I have been in the industry for over 40 years, I have witnessed horror stories with customers buying from Super ATV. Stay away at all costs. Thank god for the upcoming Chinese Tarrifs. Maybe that will put these death dealers out of business for good. read more

I purchased 2ea Rhino 2.0 rear axles for my 2024 CanAm Defender in October 2024. After installing both axles, 1 of the upper boots slid off after less then 5 miles of casual riding. I emailed Super ATV and told them of the the issue, after some confusion on what I was suppose to do, i sent them a pic of the damaged axle. They apologized and sent a new one out immediately. After installing the NEW one I did the same thing, light backroad riding, and again, the upper boot slipped off. After researching this, there seems to be quality issues with Rhino as other owners experienced the same issues, some were Polaris and some were CanAm. I asked for a refund, I don't trust Rhino at this point. I cut the 3 axles in half and sent a pic to Super ATV (which was what they asked for). They told me they would send me a refund. This was November 6th. here it is November 21st and I have yet to receive my refund. When I ask for some assistance, i am told I have to take it up with "Klarna"... I have no idea who Klarna is or why they are involved. Once I receive my refund I will not be doing business with Super ATV unless it is absolutely necessary. Terrible customer service. I bought a bed enclosure for a Polaris Razor. The unit was poorly designed, poor fitment, faulty lock. Also, the website doesn't disclose the unit has to be uninstalled every time you need access to the engine, e.g. oil changes, etc. NOT user friendly. The company does not/will not pay the return cost. UPS quoted me a cost of around $400 for the return. Customer service did not care and told me to try and sell it on Facebook. What a joke. We just purchased and are building a Kawasaki KRX 1000. We have been purchasing a number of parts via mail order, primarily from Super ATV. I ordered a mounting clamp for our Jerry can, and the wrong doze was sent. After a couple of quick texts with Super ATV customer service I have the correct clamp being shipped and they did not require the return of the wrong one. All within 24 hours of receiving the part. This is the worst experience I have ever had making a purchase. Placed an order for tires that show in stock yet only 3 came. If there were only 3 in stock I could have changed my selection. Reaching a live person is nearly impossible so I can't even figure out what happened. My entire weekend plans are ruined thanks to this. Not even including the money I can't get back for reserving overnight accommodations. When customer service was reached, even though they can see that 1 never shipped they couldn't expedite the other without confirming with the shipping department, no discount swag or anything else offered for the clusterf*ck other that I will be put on a list to be called back by their supervisor. We had a couple of bolts fail on a Polaris razor. We were camping out in the desert and needed the parts overnighted. Trent at super ATV went beyond the scope and call of duty to make this happen for us so our trip was not ruined. Even the overnight shipping was very reasonable. Super ATV for aftermarket parts and accessories is a company that you should avoid. I bought a windshield for my UTV that is horrible. It fits poorly, restricts vision, blocks access to the hood and cup holders. But you'll never read this on their website reviews because they remove any review that is not favorable. Aside from a very poor product, their pricing and promotional emails are very deceptive, but customer service will not own up to any misleading errors. For example, if you choose to buy something, you will immediate receive an email stating that as a new customer you are eligible for an extra 10% off, but when you enter that promo code, it will be invalid, but it's fault for not reading the hard-to-find terms and conditions. IMO, don't send a promo code if you cannot use it. Bottom line is inferior products, misleading pricing, and lousy customer service. read more

**Buyer Beware!** I just bought a several super atv parts. A few of the parts did not fit correctly(note:I have 20+years mechanical experience). Super atv customer service requested I send them pictures of what the issues are otherwise I would be subject to a 25% restocking fee. In order for me to do this, I would have to completely reassemble the parts on my polaris up to the point of where my issue's were. That's an extremely ridiculous request! If that wasn't bad enough, they will NOT PAY for return shipping!! So to summarize, the Chinese manufacturer they use sent me bad parts and I have to pay 70.00 shipping and a restocking fee of 25%. I've tried to like SuperATV but the more things I buy the more mediocre at best their products are. Couple that with garbage customer service, them unable to find your order for products you've bought and had issues with, and the hoops they'll make you jump threw for any warranty items I can't promote them and am done purchasing from them. Special notes: Their anti scratch coating on windshields somehow actually attacks scratches. Their 300m adjustable ball joints need adjusting every hundred miles Their control arms threads wear out and pull the studs through within a year or two Their control arm bushings barely last a season I do like may aluminum roof, but that's pretty well impossible to screw up. Super ATV installed my winch rope wrong causing it to melt and break after one use. I would like a new winch rope. But can't get one. Not happy with after the sale costumer service. I am not happy with this company. I know of three other winch ropes that have been installed wrong on three different winchs. It is bull I don't have a lot of money. I have had issues with there ball joints as well. They were pressed in wrong on two different sets of A-arms. This is not a good company at all. It has good service before the sale great service on shipping. They don't stand behind there product when they install a winch rope by loosely tying the rope to the drum. Placed order for year make and model specific windshield w dealer. Received wrong product twice. Ya don't know it's wrong until ya go thru several hours of installation. Uninstall, wrap back up and wait for correct one - tick tock tick tock. Dealer blames manufacturer and manufacturer blames dealer. Who loses? The consumer! After spending thousands of dollars (besides windshield) on after market products, we simply wanted right product and a fair discount for their collective 4 weeks of wrong products and 2 installations of wrong product. Bethanne, supervisor was unprofessional and beyond unkind. She alleges to have listens to taped phone call but takes words and relays them completely out of context. Purchased windshield and side mirrors. shipping was fast customer service was HORRIBLE! Missing directions for side mirrors and Missing top brace and a bunch of hardware for the windshield. Called customer service and the recording asked to call me back. I left my number and no one ever called back. I emailed with all the missing part numbers and they had a canned responce about slow response times due to covid. then a follow up email that wanted me to take pictures of a label on the box. I took the requested pictures and then got an email that wanted a picture of the hardware packages I did receive. I took that picture and sent it, no reply! So I called in to see what was happening and the attitude went from bad to worse! the girl on the phone somehow felt that it was my obligation to help them fix problems in their shipping department. When I mentioned a bad review and the owner Mr. Hunt she hung up on me. I posted bad reviews to their site but they only post "GOOD" reviews. I am the director of public works for a small municipality. We rely on our UTV's to do the lions share of transportation and work around the city. We use many implements for our UTV's for city maintenance. We ordered this snow plow for our RTV 1100 and it arrived in good condition in a timely manner. Once we unboxed the product we realized that the mount plate was not the correct one for our vehicle. I had ordered the wrong model. I called the customer service number and explained my issue. The first call I spoke with a gentleman who said he would check the stock levels for that part and call me back. I waited several days for the call back and it never came. I called the number again and explained my problem and I was told that the product was obsolete and no longer available. This seemed odd to me for a product that was touted to have a lifetime parts warranty. The agent issued a return authorization for the product. I received an email that stated that my return was pending approval. That is the last email I received on this issue even after responding to the message that was sent to me regarding the pending return authorization. I called the customer service number for a third time explaining my issue yet again. The agent this time told me she had spoken to her manager and they would allow me to send the mount plate back and they would then ship me the correct one for my make and model. I never received a return authorization or any further communication what so ever. I ended up having to fabricate a new mounting plate in house so that we could use the snow plow. We never heard back from anyone at Super ATV until I received an email asking me to review my experience with the company. I can in now way recommend doing business with Super ATV although the product that we purchased seems well made I hope we do not have any issues with it. I can pretty well guarantee that we will not have any luck ordering parts or service for this, in their words, obsolete item that is still available for purchase via their website. Due to their inability to rectify my mistake in ordering I had to fabricate my own parts for this product surely voiding any kind of warranty. This pretty much severs any connection I may have had to continue with this company. read more
