The first thing I want to comment on is how much knowledge they have on their inventory WOW!! Everyone their knows their purpose, and they do their job better than any other business I have ever been in contact with. What really impressed me most of all is that they truly care!! Was a 5 star experience up until I showed them another car that was a better price and lower mileage. They brought out the guy I has to talk to to discuss price. I showed him the listing from Tom Gray auto in Louisville. Before he even looked at the listing, he stated it wasn't as nice as there's. Well, I have visited both lots and can vouch that they were both in great condition. When I stated that he stormed off pouting and said "we're done here!" The most unprofessional business transaction I've ever been through and I'm 40 years old. I'd urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere to purchase a vechicle. read more

I bought my Scion IQ from this s*** hole. Not only did they tell me that the body was in great shape but that it drove amazing. Keep in I am from NY. Having to get body painted because of all the marks and dings. I had a friend go pick it. Concentering I owe my own Used car sales in NY. They told me IQ was safe to drive home. My friend went to drive it on a 10 hour drive home. Every time he made a turn the traction control would act up. Making it nearly impossible to take a turn without front tire locking up. If he hadn't been a truck drive for years he would have wrecked car and got hurt. CAR WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. Then on top of all that they charged me double the sales tax. When I called them to figure out why and to try and get my money back for the sales tax. The guy was out right rude. Told me he didn't care what NYS law was or that the DMV told me that They owed me back The $220 in sales tax. He was not going to give it to me. I even told him I could give him proof of it. He screamed at me I don't care. Your not getting it back. He hung up on me. After fixing the car and spending $2000 on it to be fixed, it is now safe to drive. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. read more

I forgot to add that the supposed new key fob that he got for me quit working after 6 months, but that IS longer than the vehicle did. This is important to me because I wanted my daughter to have the panic button so now I will be out more money to fix or replace it. All around worst buying experience ever. read more

I purchased a vehicle here and got totally screwed. I bought the car with an extended warranty and less than a week after I bought it, it was not driveable due to mechanical problems. I called the dealership and I was treated disrespectfully and poorly. The warranty company voided my warranty because they had not even recieved my paperwork by the time I called to file a claim. So there I was, 20 years old with a car loan and a vehicle that did not run. The dealership was not willing to work with me much, other than offering to pay for some of the repairs, which totalled over 5 thousand dollars and they only wanted to pay 1,000. I ended up having to sell the car to a local dealership and going further into debt to purchase another vehicle. I would not advise anyone to buy a car from this dealership. When you drive off the lot, it becomes your problem, not theirs. And for being 'Christian' they have a very poor attitude and awful service! read more
