The carry out area is more of the locals area that some reviewers are referring to when they say some folks turn to see who is coming in. It's a little confusing when you come in the wrong entrance as we did. But the staff were friendly and understanding when our out of state credit card wouldn't work. She held our purchase till we came back a few minutes later. Later, We met some friends that are locals there and everyone was extremely nice. We went there 2 more times to watch Hockey and they were very accommodating to our request. The second area is more open with a large dance floor and crazy comfy captains chairs at the bar. The 3rd area is a covered spot, the bar is shaped like a ship! They have live music and Karaoke on certain days. Great outdoor seating. Jamie and Travis were great bartenders! Thank you for making our vacation fun!

There was live music, which added to the atmosphere, but unfortunately it was loud enough that having a conversation at our table was difficult. The Christmas theme is certainly unique, with Christmas trees and holiday decor displayed year-round. It gives the space a distinctive personality, although it may not be everyone's cup of tea outside of the holiday season. Our biggest disappointment was the service. There didn't appear to be anyone serving the floor, so we had to repeatedly leave our table and go to the bar whenever we needed something. Unfortunately, each time we approached, the bartenders seemed somewhat put off that we were coming back up, which made the experience feel less welcoming than we would have hoped. There are definitely some fun elements to Atelier, particularly the live music and unique atmosphere, but better table service, a more welcoming interaction at the bar, and a few more food options would have made our experience much more enjoyable.
