The garlic knots did NOT drowned in a sea of melted butter and oil which was nice. The pizzas are New York style so you get that nice fold action for eating. Definitely generous on the toppings!! One family, who was already seated when I arrived, waited over an hour and ended up leaving without ever receiving their food. Meanwhile, another customer who walked in after me did have their online order show up correctly. To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they were sweet and doing their best in the middle of chaos. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, my pizza finally came out. As for the pizza itself: It was good..I'd give it a 6/10. I paid an extra $2 for jalapeños, but there were maybe three or four on the whole thing, and I could barely tell they were there. Definitely not worth an hour and fifteen minute wait or nearly $30 for a small.
