When I got to the counter, I was told they never received my order in their system-even though the money had already been taken out of my account. I was also told they couldn't issue a refund since they had no record of it. The explanation kept circling back to their "new computer system." I chose to wait while they remade my pizza, but as I stood there, I watched multiple orders get delayed or completely derailed. One family, who was already seated when I arrived, waited over an hour and ended up leaving without ever receiving their food. Meanwhile, another customer who walked in after me did have their online order show up correctly. To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they were sweet and doing their best in the middle of chaos. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, my pizza finally came out. As for the pizza itself: It was good..I'd give it a 6/10. I paid an extra $2 for jalapeños, but there were maybe three or four on the whole thing, and I could barely tell they were there. Definitely not worth an hour and fifteen minute wait or nearly $30 for a small.

We got the chicken and I was disappointed they weren't more flavorful. Pizza is still just as fresh. The service is still excellent. The new look is a modern feel with grey instead of the bright colors. You're either going to hate it or love it. I like the change and think it looks nice. They did take away the game machines. Which I'm sad they didn't fix or replace them but I'm sure those machines are costly. Either way, we'll continue to come eat here when we crave wings and pizza!

Hey other pizza joints -- take note of the plate and silverware! A real plate! No plasticware! None of the paper under the pizza on your plate that disintegrates if you try to cut your pizza. Such novelties! This is the first time I've eaten in here. I've gotten it to go many times and I have always been pleased. Tonight, dining in, it was all right. Certainly nothing to write home about. Our waitress was nice. The inside of the establishment is a bit dated and could use a facelift. The green walls are not very appetizing. The booths are not very comfortable. There isn't a lot of seating. The food tonight was not as good as usual. I generally think this place is really good. Tonight, the crusts were a touch overdone. And the crusts had sort of an odd aftertaste. I think it was the oil on the bottom of the crust? Maybe the oil is getting old and tastes off? Also, I got the spinach ricotta topping. I normally really enjoy that. I love spinach. So I paid for the spinach ricotta (which is charged as two toppings) and it, too, tasted...off. I actually scraped it off my pizza. You know when spinach has been in the refrigerator too long and it gets that kinda unpleasant taste and smell? Yeah. That's what this was like tonight. So overall, this is a restaurant I enjoy. Tonight didn't work for me.

The restaurant is described as Latin/Mexican, though we noticed the kitchen staff didn't appear to be Latin or Hispanic, which stood out to us. One thing that surprised us was that chips and salsa are not complimentary. The menu itself is huge--burgers, quesadillas, bowls, fried fish, wings, and more--so it felt more like a mix of different cuisines than a traditional Mexican spot. We did order the chips and salsa, and honestly, that ended up being the best thing we had. For our entrées, I ordered the fried fish and my husband got the BBQ shrimp quesadilla. His quesadilla was extremely runny and messy, and the only flavor that really came through was the BBQ sauce it was heavily covered in. My fried fish portion was generous, but the flavor was just okay. I ended up eating only about two pieces. I also tried the blood orange margarita, which was decent but tasted like it barely had any alcohol in it. Overall, the service was pleasant, but the food and drinks didn't impress us enough to make us want to return.
