Dined here on a Packer-free Sunday and had a great experience. I met two others for lunch and everyone enjoyed. The staff was very friendly as I had a baby stroller with me and showed me the ramp to take to the dining area versus the stairs to the main dining area. The place is ADA complaint from what I saw. There is no shortage of televisions and sports! They even had a printed diagram on every table noting which tvs had what games playing. We didn't come for sports, but I could tell those gathered around the large main bar were. They have a great food selection and lots of beer on tap! I went with a burger and soup. They have several soups always ready plus a rotating daily soup. We enjoyed bloody Mary's which were good, they do charge for a chaser...which come on we're in WI! The food was good and service was great as we had a little one with us and patience was key. They didn't rush us either, as we dined and chatted for a few hours. I would return as there were a few other sandwiches on their menu that sounded delicious! It appears they have a private room available for rent as well. Note for mothers; there is a changing table for children in the women's bathroom.

Was just okay during this visit. Maybe the items are better when ordered on their own? This is the third time I've had the potato skins but first via the sampler and they were not as good as the first two times. The curds and chicken tenders were good but only thing worth while on the sampler - so would be better off ordering separately! Service was also okay. We were seated in the bar section which was really loud, right upon seating she tried getting our full order in (not just drinks) we didn't even have our coats fully unsettled. My friend asked where the bathroom was after placing drink order and stating we needed more time with the menu. The instant she sat back down from the bathroom the waitress came back trying to get our food order... we noted she just got back from the bathroom and we would probably need a few minutes to review- it's a big menu! Well that resulted in a 10 plus minute wait! From rushed to order to what is time?! Previous experiences have been good here and this was a similar time later evening so not sure why food/service just didn't meet the same.

Stopped in cause we had a gift card. It's been many years since I've been here. This place is huge and great for big groups, large bar with an even larger tap list so I love that. We don't live close by otherwise maybe we'd come more often. Ordered an app sampler and honestly that could've been our whole dinner, it was very good but also huge portions. We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger to share and took home a pizza. The pizza was probably my least favorite. It wasn't bad, I just prefer thin crust

Champps was in walking distance of our hotel so we gave it a shot. The host was friendly when we entered and we were seated right away. It's a sports bar vibes, lots of tvs so football Sunday is a go. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure to answer any questions we had. We ordered chips and queso to start and the queso was really good. Seasoned and cheesy perfection and the chips were served warmed. The tacos I had were a Korean beef and it came with jasmine rice. I enjoyed the fusion tacos. It was an enjoyable lunch if im ever in the area Ill came back for their cheesecake dessert.

Been here many times. Lots of good at this place. Parking is easy - it's attached to a hotel so there's a big lot. We came early on a week night so it wasn't busy and we were seated right away. During sports on TV this place can fill up and be a bit noisy so if you're looking for quiet, prob not during a Packer game or other big sporting events. First off, they had Sprite Zero!! Not many places have sugarfree caffeine free soda so I was over the moon. We started with some cheese curds which were very good. They were batter dipped not breaded (I prefer batter dipped). I had the biria tacos. I did find them greasy (as biria tacos can be) but also didn't find a lot of flavor in the dipping consommé. For me these were just ok. Not sure I would get them again. There are plenty of other choices in the menu - you won't run out of things to try. My friend got the half sandwich and soup combo. It was a lot of food. She took quite a bit home. Over all it's a great place to go whether it's a planned night out or spur of the moment stop. Never had bad service here!

I visited Champps for the first time bc it was right next door to my hotel. I'm from the south, so this was my first time hearing of this restaurant! I sat at the bar, ordered a mimosa and got the sampler off the appetizer menu. The sampler was enough to fill me up. It came with 4 potato skins, 5 buffalo wings, cheese curds, and 4 chicken tenders. Also you get about 5 sauces. I had to take some to go! Service was great as well! This place seem to be very popular bc it was packed and I arrived less than an hour after they opened.

Burger and Soup combo deal.

Had a very tasty Burger and Soup combo. They offer a choice of any 1 patty burger on the regular menu and choice of about 5 different soups. This was the French onion soup and 1/4 pound burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and pepper jack cheese for $14. The wait staff was very friendly and patient with our table of six.

My friends and I met here to celebrate 2 birthdays and a new retiree on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The place is large and there were quite a few people there enjoying the food and the games that were being broadcast on the many televisions throughout the dining room. There were a variety of options to choose from. Two of us settled on the Soup & Sandwich option with Chili being offered as a Soup. Someone selected the Fish Fry which had a generous amount of Cod and Fries. Our food was very good. The waiter was young and busy and forgot to bring the requested Coffee about three times. He was so apoplectic about it. We all had a good laugh. The four retirees enjoyed to poke a bit of fun with the youngster who kept forgetting our order. We laugh as we informed him that he had a lot to look forward to. It is a good meeting place for our gathering but if you're looking for a quiet place this is not it but if you're looking for a good time with good friends and good food, you will like it.

This was the new restaurant of the week and a long time bookmark that I have past hundreds of times going to WM. The place is an open concept and huge with a bar in front and tables/booths spreading out from the bar. Probably the most flat screens I have seen on one sports bar. Service was prompt with no issues. I started with a Bloody Mary spicy that came with a chaser that had a sad looking garnish of one olive and one pickle spear, actually pathetic looking for a Bloody Mary and I have them all over. The Bloody Mary was actually above average taste wise and very spicy that my nose ran, thank you. Since I'm always trying new dishes from restaurant to restaurant and not that I haven't had it before but I just don't order like a cheeseburger all the time so I gambled on the Philly cheese steak with my despised waffle frys that came quickly and looked good. The despised waffle frys weren't hard like I have had in the past from other restaurants but warm/soft on the inside with the crispy shell half way to soggy so they weren't cooked to order hot from the fryer but still good. The Philly cheesesteak was delicious with chopped steak, not sliced roast beef like some places pass off. The hoagie roll was soft/super fresh with moist juices from what the steak was cooked in. The grilled onions, mushrooms and green peppers were cooked perfectly and the cheese was melted perfectly. Cheesesteaks can be hit or miss but this one was pretty good.

I have been going to Champps for years with a group of friends for happy hour on a weekly basis. It has been about 10 years to be exact, the place has gone through some changes but remains our spot. The staff has always been amazing, even with the turn over, they are friendly and helpful. They know what to recommend for beers and liquors. The atmosphere is unbeatable. Whether you are there to watch a game on one of the MANY TV's or just to hang out there is always a good mix of personalities and plenty of people to talk to. During games the energy is electrifying! If you are tired of sitting at home alone to watch any sport, I highly recommend you grab a bar stool and settle in. What I have not done much of is eat at Champps, but last weekend while out with my kids we needed a place with options that would suit everyone and Champps came to mind because of the extensive menu. I ordered the Korean Tacos, which is my go to when I do eat, and as always they were delicious. My kids ordered a cheese pizza and the ribs. The cheese pizza was not a hit and was described as "any fast food place is better". From what I could tell the crust was soggy and had zero crunch which may have to do with the condensation that form when transferring a hot pizza to a plate. The ribs were acceptable, the meat was tender and fell right off the bone.

Philly cheese steak was really good. Great service. Eating Half Healthy, haha . The veggies as a side were perfect.

Philly cheese was really good. Side of veggies were cooked well and a perfect choice rather than the usual fries. Good choice. Service was good.

Came here with my husband when we were in MKE and it was very good! I ordered a bloody mary, which was on the spicier side and so full of flavor. Perfect balance of pepper, spice, and vodka. For an appetizer, we ordered the buffalo wings, and they were pretty big and fresh. They didn't taste any different than most restaurant buffalo wings, but they definitely were flavorful and not gutty. For his meal, my husband ordered a 12 inch meat lovers pizza and really liked it. It had sausage and pepperoni on it, and he took half of it back to our hotel for later. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I LOVED IT! The sauce and flavors worked so well together, and I love that I was able to pick my side because I chose waffle fries. We had great service, and our waitress was very attentive. We also were very happy we got a seat right away because it was very busy when we got there with almost no open tables. There were TONS of tvs here and the cool thing is that in Sundays they have signs on the TVs of which teams are playing on them. Makes it easier for waiters to seat people where they want to be seated.

My other daughter had French onion soup; it was delicious. My husband had the French dip. I took a bite and was wishing I could take a few more bites. Someone had the Gyro flatbread. While we could have waited in the car, we elected to outside. Service and ambience were on par. My biggest problem and main reason for the 3 stars is the complete sham mockery of the vegetable side. Beautifully cooked rotisserie chicken, delicious fries. The mixed vegetable side is the worst attempt at vegetables I've ever seen. Think vegetables you get in an institution, only 10x worse. My recommendation would be to invest some energy in improving side. I can come up with any number of vegetables that would turn this into a knockout dish. Go and enjoy the food. Just stay away from the veg.

We also added some large games to our space as well. We then made it upstairs for our dinner program and the buffet was amazing! Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. Everyone had a really fun time and for many it was their first time experiencing it.
