I have been a RN for over 35 years, if you think those providers are bad you have not a clue. The other thing I want to mention is that they, like you, are human. Everyone makes mistakes, and yes your dealing with someone's health and well being so mistakes shouldn't happen but they do. If you are sick and need a medical professional I see no reason not to go to PMC. If you don't have a good experience you have two choices, get a new doc (good luck)j or chock it up these people being human.

When my husband would go there for a bad cold he would sit for over a hour waiting to see somebody. Recently my husband had to have surgery and needed a routine physical. They said they weren't his primary. He has been dealing with many other medical problems and they have received all paperwork. They told him you have to come once a year which he didn't know and they never once reach out to him telling him this. They refused to see him. His doctor he was assigned was Dr. Beach, yet he has never met the man. He is always too busy with diabetes patients. Horrible medical practice.
