Misspelled a doctor's name on award and then charged me $26.00 to make a new award after I had prepaid over $ 300.00 . Failed to notify me that superseded award was ready. Had a beggar in the store one time I visited along with a small dog on premises another visit. Mitzi lacks professional skills in listening to customers, caring for customer's orders and appears very self centered and uninterested in the business. I was able to give them shirts I bought from another store but they have a lot of items you can purchase in the store to get engraved or embroidered. The other young man is kind, friendly, helpful, and also pretty cute!! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family :)

Well, I live in The Woodlands, and am sure there are a few places between Kim & us that could do similar work, but a year and a half later we use her for everything we do, (mostly shirts & light windbreakers with logos for us). Kim and her team are top notch in every way and I hope this review helps to return the favor of their outstanding professionalism, service and attention to detail each and every time. God bless, Tad

Therefore, I needed someone to match the color and font on two stockings with the new grandkids' names. I spoke to several embroidery houses in town and no one would take my order, as they were afraid they could not deliver a good match and would ruin my last two stockings in a matched set. I visited with Kim and she told me to bring her one of the existing stockings and she would make a few "test" runs on scrap material to see if it was possible to duplicate the color and font. She could not have been more wonderful to work with. She completed the order and I cannot tell the newly embroidered stockings from the original set. She was a dream to work with and I highly recommend her, and her team, for any project you may have. Thank you Kim!!!!! Dawn W.

The outside of…read morethe building may look old fashioned, but I believe the original owners, and their progeny, know not to mess with a good thing. Their excellent customer service is old fashioned. We went through a literal tome (I'm talking S, T, and U combined encyclopedia books) of jewelry settings for my ring. And with every comment that I had, (like) "that setting is not quite right. Can you show me more X than Y?", they flipped knowingly through those pages until we reached the perfect recreation of what I had in my head. Speed of return? Considering I came in with just a loose gem to build a ring around, not bad, weeks. Distance from Houston? Probably take you longer to drive across town than the straight shot to Rosenberg. Price comparison to other jewelers? I don't have that knowledge and therefore won't comment.
