As a young inexperienced unrefined woman, I often find it challenging to loosen up in a gym situation like this, as most of my prior experiences felt formidable, intimidating and frankly terrifying for me lol. I passed by this place walking by and was immediately drawn to the open airy aesthetic. It's not a gym that's closed in. Or in a dark sweaty basement. It's clean, open, inviting and unpretentious. As is the staff. These guys make you feel incredibly comfortable. Quick to answer questions, offer advice, and guide you thoughtfully. I like the vibe here a lot. was surprised how quickly I picked up things and got comfortable. Plan on coming back... nice this is in the area.
