A year after I was still struggling with pain management and my doctor recommended Pilates. To be perfectly honest, I had no clue what Pilates entailed or what to even expect. Risa was incredibly patient with my beginner level skills (which, really, were no skills at all). Since then I have been doing the private sessions regularly for over a year and it has been a life changer! She is mindful of my weaknesses so she tailors the exercises to really focus on strengthening those areas. Again, I recommend!! They offer private and duet sessions and also have mat classes. I haven't done the mat classes but I know they keep the class size small so I would think you don't lose the personal attention. Check it out :)

During my class, I could hear a manager yelling on a personal call throughout the session, which was extremely unprofessional and distracting. This made it impossible to focus on the workout. When I decided to get a refund for the remainder of the membership pack, no one could help me. I've given up at this point because it's not worth the trouble during this holiday season. I want to note that the front desk staff were genuinely helpful and did what they could within their limitations. The classes themselves have potential, but the management issues overshadow everything else. I'd consider returning if there's a change in management, but until then, I can't recommend this location.

First class took with a friend Train Jane and wow what a workout. Loved the vibe dance and resistance training in between. Then went back following weekend for Tramp Stamp and that was even more challenging workout on a trampoline. I wish more class times during week. But definitely will be adding this workout and studio to my workout routine. Also love the sense of community with the women and staff. Feel a sense of belonging from Day 1. Also love that founders are Rockettes & Jersey Girls hidden gem and glad I found them.

The classes range from a mat class, to tower, to reformer classes. All the teachers I have had (only 3) have been extremely knowledgeable and did a great job teaching. The tower and reformer classes are amazing. The machines really make it a little more challenging. I do have to say that these classes are 1 hour and when you are doing the reformer it is a little annoying to constantly take away and add bands so I feel that the class "lesson" could be crafted a little bit better to minimize the process. Overall a great venue to get your workout on. I have scooped up 2 Living Social Deals for PP that have been amazing. So, be on the lookout for maybe another one in 6 months.
