Today I tried a new Chevy dealership to me to get an oil change & tire rotation.. Tom Olsen helped…read moreme get checked in & he was great.. When it was complete (which took a Lil longer than I'm used to over an hr.. I did arrive late for my scheduled appointment..) Tom told me my windshield wiper was bad (which I already knew that & had new one in my trunk) & needed to be replaced.. I told him I had the new one in my trunk & he was more than happy to have that put on for me before I left.. I must mention that the previous chevy dealership didn't charge as much for the tire rotation only $15 dollar difference & labor for oil change cost more as well. I did supply the oil & filter & it still cost me $45.. I paid $15 for everything at previous dealership) So I got screwed. I learned not to assume all dealerships charge the same.. Smh Tom was great.. Price was ridiculous! I'll be probably going somewhere else next time..

Come up and ask if they can help me for sitting in the parking lot waiting for my husband who's in…read morethe service department a second time for half ass service to our truck - we spent over 5,000 dollars and have driven over an hour to get here and this is how I am treated and my husband for doing business at a mediocre dealership to begin with . Fix your flags Clean up your lot it's dirty and I can tell you guys do zero maintenance and inspection The service on our dually explains everything...... the torn flags and rude gesture of your employees while waiting in your parking lot explain it all . The public deserves to know the truth . Don't like my review ? Look it up on your security camera you can see it for yourself . I left the ragged flags picture on maps wish I had vidoe recorded the guy who walked up to my vehicle while I was waiting . ABSOLUTE SMALL TIME OPERATIONS HERE . I wasn't going to leave the review until .... your salesman or whoever decided to ask me if I needed any help. No I'm in a brand new car minding my own business . Why would I need any assistance from a complete stranger ? Walking up to my window and making me roll it down to engage in useless conversation???????!!!!!!!!!!!

Drove over an hour to look at a specific model used car we've been looking for. Had an appointment…read more Then was told we could bump the appointment to an earlier time. Showed up for our appointment and was told " the thing with the car is a mouse has chewed some wires so you can't test drive it". When the scheduler is blamed and that's that, we're offered ti look at the car anyway. How does looking at an undrivable car help me, am i supposed to be any to make a second trip to drive it? But we went out to look at the car, Old pine needles were in the trim around the roof, on the windshield and it was obvious it had to be towed there. It looked like a mouse lived in it, the hood insulation was torn/chewed up, but it was advertised and we were scheduled for an appointment, we weren't stopping in at random. Based on this waste of hours of my time, I wouldn't move forward with any car purchase expecting to be treated as a valued customer. To the salesman's credit he probably is following management's lead and they have a big problem with customer service standards, a major red flag.

BUYERS BEWARE -- VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE…read more I found a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee advertised for $29,928 and decided to move forward with the purchase. I put down a deposit and paid $150 for an independent pre-purchase inspection. On the day of the inspection, after I had already driven 40 minutes to the dealership, I was informed that the price had been increased to $32,814. I was told there had been a pricing error and that they could no longer honor the original price due to high interest in the vehicle. What I find extremely disappointing is that I was not informed of the pricing issue the morning before the inspection, or at any point prior to me traveling to the dealership and proceeding with the inspection. Had I known the price was going to change, I never would have moved forward with spending money on the inspection or making the trip. The price increase was $2,886, and I ultimately decided not to purchase the vehicle and requested my deposit back. During this process, I was dealing with Brett, the sales representative, and when I asked to speak with management about the situation, Mike, the sales manager, would not come out to speak with me in person. That lack of basic communication and accountability made the experience even more frustrating. I understand that pricing errors can happen, but customers should be informed as soon as the issue is discovered, especially before they are asked to put down a deposit, spend money on an inspection, and travel to the dealership. BUYERS BEWARE. Make sure you have the final price clearly confirmed in writing before putting down a deposit or spending money on a pre-purchase inspection. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I no longer felt comfortable doing business with this dealership.
