No communication and rude. Will never bring our Ford Ranger back there. Did not provide a loaner car, because they say they don't have one on the lot. I'm very disappointed in the service I received from the service department. My customer service experience was very unprofessional, it took 2 weeks to get my truck back and I was literally lied to about the delay. The day I picked it up I went to see if it was ready and the customer service representative said they were waiting on another part. Ten minutes after I got home I received a phone call from the representative that I had just spoken to telling me that my truck was ready. I told her that I literally just left and I live 45 minutes away, she said that they had just pulled it around. My wife and I were parked right beside my truck when we were there earlier to check on it. I asked if she was going to be there so I could pick it up, she told me she was leaving at 5:30 but the department would be open till 8:00. When I got there the service department was closed! I have bought several trucks from this establishment and I have never been treated to this extent, truly disappointed. read more

Champion has done well in servicing our ford and Lincoln vehicles. They do a pretty good job with getting repairs done quickly.

I inquired about a 2020 Raptor yesterday at 10am and received a response from a woman named Peggy Welke stating that the truck was in fact available and I immediately responded and stated that I had a trade and was looking for a trade number. I waited and waited and received no response so I emailed her again and stated that I wanted to get a trade number and that I was willing to send any information that they need for the trade evaluation. She responds saying that I had to fill out a trade form to get a tough idea of my trade value and she send me a link. Turns out that the link was for Champion Ford in Iowa. I didn't realize that until hours later and then I emailed them again with no response until today at approximately 1200 hours stating that the vehicle was not available but that they had a used 2018. I have purchased many cars over the years and have never had an experience like this. If they had responded to my requests in a reasonable amount of time and the vehicle was not available I would not be upset but yo drag this on for a complete day and then send me the wrong link for a trade evaluation is completely unacceptable. This is the best service from a dealership I think I have ever received. Most dealerships forget about the customer after the vehicle is sold. My car went in for a recall and a rattle that it had since it was purchased. I was given a loaner car so I was not inconvenienced. The recall and rattle were both corrected. They found that a service contract was included when the vehicle was purchased and performed the regular maintenance that was due. They even signed me up for Ford Owner Advantage rewards. I did not purchase the car from Champion, but if the service stays this good, I can't imagine going anywhere else. read more
