I was embarrassed and just wanted someone who could fix it. I walked in, explained what happened, and Anthony immediately made me feel comfortable. He was super down-to-earth, listened to all of my concerns, and reassured me that he'd get everything taken care of. Before he even started, he walked me through exactly what he was going to do and why. We had a great conversation the entire time, which made the experience even better. When he finished and handed me the mirror, I was genuinely relieved. My haircut looked great, and I finally felt confident again. What really stood out to me was that Anthony didn't even want to charge me because he was fixing another barber's mistake. That says a lot about his character.
