We threw out the suggestion that we could get her a limo and of course she was overjoyed. We contacted the owner and asked all of the important questions as I was still a bit apprehensive about a trip to downtown Sac for about a dozen 17 and 18 year olds. My initial conversation was with the owner who provided me with all of the details I needed to make an informed decision. He provided me his rates, which I felt were very fair, as well as the rules and regulations for the kids while in the limo. He shared how long he had been in business as well as some examples of the services he had provided. He shared that he had provided limo service numerous times over the years to teenage kids for prom, as well as other special events. He was sincere and expressed his commitment to keeping them safe and providing a memorable experience. He also gave me assurances that I would be able to speak to the driver in advance and also shared the drivers credentials. He provided me with the driver's contact info so that I could speak to him and it allowed me to determine my own comfort level. I decided to move forward and felt my daughter and her friends were in good hands. The driver arrived like clockwork at the designated time and place, chatted with me and the kids and advised them of some of the rules. He brought bottled waters and some additional ice for them to place their soft drinks. Knowing that I was a little concerned, he kept me posted as he dropped off the kids at the restaurant, and also texted me when he was heading back to pick them up. Between my daughter keeping me posted, and the information he provided, I felt very safe, connected, and grateful. He let me know of any change in plans immediately and called me as soon as they were on their way back home. Once again, like clockwork, he arrived back 15 minutes before the designated time to return. Based on feedback from my daughter and every last one of her friends, I can honestly say that it was the absolute best time for these kids, and even 10 days later I still hear them chatting about it. In summary, I could not have been more pleased with the customer service of the owner (and the driver), and my daughter and her friends could not have been more pleased with the events of the night. Worked with Casey over the phone to make the reservation, arrange payment and determine logistics. He was great and easy to work with. Cost of service was fair. The driver assigned to use the day of the wedding was David. Our guests had only wonderful things to say about the shuttle and the service that David provided. The service we paid for upfront was from 3:30 pm to midnight. After that point, we contracted directly with David and he drove out guests until 2 am. We would recommend them to anyone in the area!
