Very nice facilities, greeted by polite and professional front desk staff. We were taken back timely and the Nurse Practitioner Adam was fantastic. He was very thorough, wasn't at all rushed, took his time to get to know us, understand our concerns and was clearly operating with the goal of establishing a long term provider / patient relationship. We felt VERY comfortable and have an excellent experience. I highly recommend Dixie Primary Care for your medical needs for you and your family, I can't imagine you would be disappointed. PS. They were able to schedule new patient appointment within a week or so which is pretty phenomenal as well. Most new patient appointments are weeks or months out with most doctors.

He didn't take my symptoms seriously but kept putting me off for months, neglecting me as my numbness got worse, until he finally sent me to a neurologist. To make a long story short, I had a tumor the size of a walnut in my neck that had smashed my spinal cord until it was nearly severed and was swollen and black. The orthopedic surgeon said I may never walk again. However, after the surgery, I can walk but need assistance. I have lost the fine motor skills in my hands. Worst of all, I cannot drive because I do not have feeling in my legs. Dr. Hinkle diagnosed me with Afib in February 2016. He did not give me patient education about the dangers of Afib or prescribe medication or counseling and so nothing was done. I switched doctors but the Afib was not caught until I had a stroke in June 2024. If Dr. Hinkle had put me on the meds I needed or given me any information about my options or even recommend that I go to a cardiologist to get my heart checked, I may not have had the stroke. Like I say, if you value your health, do NOT go to Dr. Jack Hinkle. He can ruin your life by his neglect and inattention.

Professional and kind staff, clean waiting room, just everyone coming together to help each other out. Really impressed. We had a really long wait time each of the three times, but geez, what can I say? They were helping other people out like us. Also, really authentic compassion. We paid $250.00 to go to the nearby pain clinic and went away feeling like our needs were unmet and the level of concern was nill. Having a place like this says a lot about the good people in our community. #Blessings
