Literally, she comes out of the office, looks over, and goes behind the bar. This is the worse customer service I've ever experienced at a billiards spot. Take your business to Chalk It Up. They're much friendlier.

Jim and Bonnie's provides catering and the facility is available for events. If you visit in the near future, talk to Jim in regards to membership in the IBC. I understand that there are some slots open. If you enjoy billiards, the cost is minimal in regards to the quality of the tables, food and camaraderie you will find here. Note that this is NOT a pool hall bar; this is a first class, family run, private facility for people serious about the sport (which also happens to function as a restaurant in order to market their services). Told us to remove the cake because we didn't purchase the PARTY PACKAGE. When we asked what was included in the party package? We were told it included one pizza for five children. We have already invested much more than this. We asked if we can still purchase the party package and they said it was too late. We didn't need the balloon.
