It was refreshing to walk into Don's Home Furniture and find sofas which click off the must haves...kiln dried solid wood frames. Hand tied springs. Quality fillings. I wish I could remember the type of fabric I chose, but it's amazing, and just let Owner Blaine put permanent marker on the fabric and within a short time, it is worked out with a spray and a toothbrush. Oh yes, water..or wine..rolls tight off. Now I hope all the hair from my dog and cats will roll right off too. The sales staff do not work on commission so there is no high pressure. They know their products. Stop in and take a look for yourself.

It will come assembled but what you don't think about immediately is that a door width is only 36". If it had come assembled, it wouldn't be able to fit inside our condo to go to the balcony. This is no issue if you're delivering to a house b/c you just go straight to the backyard. But a condo - very different. So - we had it come in boxes and we opted to assemble after the showroom told us it was very easy. First off - the furniture is extremely heavy - hence the excellent quality! And it was not easy to assemble for my husband/myself. Talking with customer service, they told us to just shove pieces together and it will work. After spending $1800 for the furniture - I wasn't willing to do that. So I called the store and they came out and put it together on our balcony. We are forever grateful for that and while it's easy for some to put together - this wasn't an easy endeavor. Just something to think about if you live in a condo. Instead the treatment I got was exceedingly fair, with him even lowering the cost of the service for things he didn't have to do since we had managed it beforehand. All in all, an excellent experience. The same could be said for my experience in the store itself. The employees there were more than willing to answer my novice pool owner questions and made reasonable recommendations. I was also pleased to discover that they offered free water tests which let you know what needs to go into the water to balance the levels.
