Paid for a double executive suite with two beds and what was a larger room with sofa, which we did…read morenot get. We had a room with one full size bed. Checking in was packed in the lobby. They were charging for one night what we had booked 5 months earlier for two nights. We tried to resolve with the front desk. Was told "executive" meant room for handicapped. We were floored as we haven't been told that prior and didn't feel our conditions were "handicapped" in our view. The breakfast was good. The shower leaked water under the frame and created a slipping hazard. We notified front desk and they sent up extra towels. Staff changed our room the next day to one that had a full bed and what we would call a twin next to the wall for kids. Notified my booking agent, also. Please book with care as this was our experience. We still don't believe our conditions classify us as handicapped and take offense at the thought.
