He truly did an amazing job and advocating for me. He communicated with me when there was an issue before they just went and fixed it. Because of him I left feeling safe driving and no more messed up tire. They fixed my tire that I didn't even know had a screw it in, they fixed my hubs because good year put them on and covered all the values so I couldn't put air in my tires, a tire rotation all for free and were quick with it. Over the weekend I looked at three star mechanics and decided to wait on Doug. He has a website where you can make an appointment online. You can also call him. He is impeccable with his word. He came prepared with the parts I needed for my car. He was on time. He was polite. He knew what he was doing. Within an hour and a half he had changed the starter on my car in my yard.
