There is free visitor parking in the building but you just have to let them know you're here for Vanta. I tried their bestseller/one of their most popular drinks, which is the iced military matcha but I preferred their strawberry matcha! I also tried their raspberry lemonade which to my surprise tasted more like a mocktail made with sparkling water and I didn't really find the "lemonade" taste there, so it wasn't what I expected. It was still good regardless. Staff was very nice. I found the iced Toronto Fog okay. I also tried some of their pastries and really enjoyed that crunch and freshness of their almond croissant. I love that they've got both a selection of sweet and savoury items to choose from, as well as lots of options to go. The sundried tomato savoury makes a great treat and you can ask them to warm it for you. I love the design and space, and although it's got limited seating (which makes sense since it's in a corporate building and I find most people just come to grab and go), I really enjoyed this place and would come back if I'm ever in the area.

I tried their strawberry iced matcha and the military iced latte and trust me when I say the military latte was the best drink I have had in a very long time. The coffee was smooth and rich yet it wasn't too sugary which was perfect! And the matcha? 10/10. Again, not overly sweet and you can taste the matcha in it. You can sit and work here as well which is an added plus!

Tried the Brown sugar ceylon oat dark roast latte - the dark roast hits the spot, and has a nice bold flavor - no bitterness here. - could tone down the brown sugar by a notch. Overall good experience, and I'd come again.

They recently just soft opened the last week of August where it has become a popular hang out spot. The space is cozy and inviting where the windows open fully to allow for fresh air and natural light to come in. On one side of the café, there is a brick wall which gives the space character. There is plenty of seating throughout the space to enjoy your treats and drinks. The space is also accessible although there is a step you have to manage before entering. I stopped by Calmo during their soft opening week. Currently, during their soft opening, they operate from 8am to 4pm. I arrived right when they opened on a Friday morning. The side windows of the café were all open, allowing for the morning breeze to come through. At the counter, a display of freshly baked pastries were on display. Menu wise, for drinks, they have your standard espresso based drinks as well as several milk alternatives to choose from (they even have a Calmo milk blend). They also have some specialty drinks like different flavoured Americanos and matchas as well as iced tea/sodas. In regards to their baked goods, all their goodies are made in house. They have scones, brownies, tiramisu (which is already premade) as well as pies. I opted to grab a cortado and a PB&J scone to dine there. My order was made at a reasonable time and the scone was a good portion for breakfast. My cortado was made well. The space was chill and relaxing, with the slight gentle morning breeze whispering through the space. Overall, a cute new bakery and café near Ossington and Dundas! Love the unique bakery items and the overall casual and relaxed vibe of the place. Would love to see what wine offerings they will have once they have their grand opening! Will definitely return when I am in the area.

Togo Coffee has so many interesting drinks to try!…read more I ordered the Banana Latte and the Persimmon Cloud Tea. The Banana Latte was pretty good. You could taste both the banana milk and the coffee, though it was a little on the watery side. Not my favorite but still enjoyable. The Persimmon Cloud Tea on the other hand, was the winner for me. It wasn't too sweet (even though I forgot to adjust the sweetness), and the cloud foam on top was super yummy. They were also running a $6 off first drink deal, which was awesome. Plus, I got a cute magnet and keychain with my order. One thing to note: there isn't really space for seating inside, so we ended up taking our drinks outside and sitting on a bench nearby. Definitely a fun spot to check out if you like trying unique drinks!

The local shop is owned by two sisters who run the cafe. There is both indoor and some outdoor seating and the space is accessible. The interior is cute where there are small touches throughout making it feel cozy and welcoming. Menu wise, expect your usual espresso based drinks including a lavender latte as well as pistachio latte. Signature drinks include a Persian saffron masala tea, chai latte, matcha latte, a strawberry banana matcha and a mango matcha. Pastries wise, they have a variety of croissants (almond, mango, strawberry banana, sausage, pistachio, dubai chocolate), sourdough bread (that uses no yeast, only water, salt and flour), and signature treats like a saffron cake and rice pudding. They also had a hazelnut chocolate cake as well. I stopped by Sisters Cafe on a Tues afternoon for a coffee and pastries. I opted to grab an iced lavender latte and the saffron cake. My drink took a bit longer than usual but it was nice to just enjoy the cozy space. Both the lavender latte and the saffron cake tasted great! The latte wasn't sweet with hints of lavender throughout. The saffron cake was moist and so delicious! Service was friendly and the owners asked me to take a seat after I had ordered. Overall, a great new cafe in the Midtown area! Perfect for a morning coffee, afternoon treat, or evening pick me up (they close at 7pm daily). Also, a nice cozy and warm space to enjoy some solo time alone or chill with friends and family. Love to support a small new cafe like this!
