Any time you are locked out of home or car, it's stressful and you need someone to respond FAST. EZ IN responds immediately via several websites, texts, or phone calls. The guys who have come out were seasoned locksmiths. When locked out of the house, my phone was inside and all I had was my ipad to access the internet. I was able to message back and forth and schedule a tech via the Yelp website. A guy came out within an hour or so. The owner, Brad, is knowledgeable and helpful and keeps the rates really reasonable. The Subaru dealership at one point told me that it would be $1200 and my car might need to be towed to the dealership. Ummmm, not an option. EZ IN ordered the key fob and programmed it for $250.

We have a weird little fireplace in our living room (narrow and shallow) and I know that Mark would be the person to figure out what to do with that. They came out very quickly and arrived in Grand County within 48 hours of being called to replace the lock. This is impressive since it wasn't a very common lock and they needed to go get a part before they could do the service. Within 48 hours the deadbolt was fixed and everything was back to normal.
