The sales staff is great and will try and get the best price for you. I was not even with the company for a couple of months before I had to file a few claims, 1 home and 2 auto claims, all within a weeks time. The auto claims were made at the same time as a drunk driver totaled 2 of my autos parked in the driveway at the exact same time. The insurance adjuster was nice and set me up in a rental right away. I kept the rental for about 6 weeks. That was much better that what Nationwide would have done, because my neighbor has them, and as soon as their claim was settled, they took the rental back the same day, even before the check was cut. With the claim department, the said that even after I cash the check, if I find evidence that my vehicle was worth more, just to send them the info, and they would add it to my claim. That was good customer service on their part.

Though obviously a busy man, he has never been impatient or short with me no matter how many questions I ask. The automated emails are not just marketing but actually provide good information and reminders.
