Dublin Dental Care puts their patients first from start to finish. They care so much about you they get to know you when you arrive and offer you their "menu" of services. I choose a pillow, water and chap stick for my services. Since I am very detail oriented person, I wanted my hygienist to explain every they were doing in detail and they did just that on my first visit. I appreciated the great customer service and respect they gave me as a patient. They basically treat you like family here. I was nervous because I know I grind my teeth a lot from stress and at night and my previous dentist always said put on your nightguard Tammy. This dentist was very respectful and gave me an option wear your nightguard or don't. I know wearing the nightguard can protect my teeth from the grinding issue and understand the benefits of it. Dr. Pagniano was very professional and genuinely cares about all his patients I can tell. After receiving 2 filling due to cavities I was in serious pain but was told it should go away in a few days. 2 weeks later I'm still waking up in extreme pain and discomfort. We made another appointment and came in to talk about doing more work on my teeth but they don't accept my insurance. But I was glad to pay out of pocket and told them. That was the whole reason we came here because they told us to come in for a consultation. I was then told by that they could not accept me because if the government found out that they did work on me they could get in to trouble. Wait! What!? Now remember I'm deaf but my hearing girlfriend was there to interpret for me and we both sat there in shock about this information. My insurance is not Medicare or Medicaid. But I am being turned away for a reason I still can't wrap my head around. Because we were told they would get in trouble by the government if they found out North Star did work on me. Right before we left the agreed to at least look at the tooth that was causing me so much pain. I will say they were very helpful in trying to find me a dentist that might accept my insurance. As well as a specialist to perform a root canal. We did appreciate them at least for genuinely being helpful in that regard. I really admired how he always remembered details about me and my life and always enjoyed making conversation with him. Years ago, I chipped my two front teeth after falling on my face and Dr. Khan worked with a specialist to restore my teeth through a root canal treatment and gave me crowns to replace the teeth I had chipped. Dr. Khan allowed me the opportunity to shadow him over the summer and I could see how much he truly cared for each of his patients and how he was able to complete so many different types of procedures!
