While the beef was seasoned well with spices, I did not enjoy the soft (almost mushy) texture. Fried onions were not included. Perhaps the onions would have elevated the dish and provide a more aromatic taste. We have leftovers but unfortunately I don't think I could eat this again. After the 20 minutes wait, the cashier informed we have ran out of chapli kebabs!!!! I switched the order to something else and the wait started again!!! After 10 minutes was informed the second order was was not available.
