My favorite place to get drinks! They have OG drinks but I love that they also make seasonal and trendy ones! For example the banana cloud matcha! So many options i want to try them all. I love coming here because it's not like one of those overpriced places that have no taste

My boyfriend and I were in the area and decided to check this place out. It was good! Parking lot was decent and inside is nice and cozy. The staff is nice and helpful. They have specials on Mondays and we were lucky to have gone on that day. We were afraid the tea would be watered down since it was so big but it was just right! I recommend trying this place if you are in the area!

Having been to my fair share of boba spots in and around OC and LA Counties, I've been exposed to the gamut of varieties of bubble tea. I was pleasantly surprised by this spot because I didn't know what to expect. I definitely think it's great that they give you a free topping for checking in. That said, I had the Strawberry Fields, which was green tea mixed with strawberries. The drink was refreshing and pretty tasty. Although it didn't blow me away, it was pretty solid. The boba was okay. Not quite as good as I wanted, but definitely serviceable. If you want boba in a pinch, you can't go wrong with this spot!

I was in the area and wanted tea. I found this on Yelp. Be sure to check in because your get one free topping! This place is in an older strip mall. There's some indoor seating. The service was good. They were fast and efficient. I got the mango tea with 25% ice and my free topping was the salted caramel cream. I felt there was more ice than I asked for but it was close. The cream was OK but I couldn't taste the salted caramel. I'm glad I gave it a try!

Great location, parking is easy peasy. The staff is what looks like happy high schoolers / college kids that are very friendly and helpful. The menu has something for everyone. We ordered a strawberry banana smoothie & a salted caramel shake. Both are delicious! They also have the option for non dairy substitutes - love!

I love how much of a variety the menus offers. Im usually a taro gal but this time I opted for a yogurt based drink. I had a small strawberry yogurt drink with boba at 50% sweetness. It was very refreshing and I think it would be pretty yummy if it was blended too! The boba was not too shabby but I enjoyed the drink much more. I really liked that they added bits of fresh strawberries in the mix. The service was super quick even though it was the lunchtime hour, which is a plus! I haven't been to this location in over 6 years but the quality is just as I remembered.

Good prices, great drinks, clean, fast service, and sea salt cream... what's not to love?!? They open a bit later (11:30am) but I'm good with that. Excited to see a new boba spot opened up close to home. Went today to try a honey milk green tea with honey boba and pudding. The tea is really good even though it doesn't taste like it's sweetened with honey. The boba some balls were softer then others and it didn't really taste like honey boba - maybe cuz I came when they first opened and it didn't get to marinate in honey? Not sure. The pudding is good- not as good as half n half's pudding but it is still good. I hope the other drinks are just as tasty. It's a clean cute shop in the Albertsons plaza next to I think it's called naan cafe? If they can get the consistency down of boba better I'll def be a happy repeat customer. Also tried the thai tea and it is tasty but I wish they steeped the tea a little longer to give it a richer flavor. Also disappointed that they don't have grass jelly as a add on. read more

Omg!! So I came here with my little sister a few months ago for a "sister date" and I thought it was really cute. I loved the whole atmosphere. I was nervous because I'd never had boba before and I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the strawberry boba smoothie (they also sell coffees and smoothies too besides just tea) and my sister had some boba iced coffee thing. Anyway my smoothie was really good and it reminded me of strawberry soft serve. The honey boba was delicious and sweet and I loved it!! We didn't have to wait long for our drinks either. This is my frequent boba place! The employees are super welcoming and kind and if you have any problems with your drink they gladly fix it for you. Their drinks are also amazing! I usually get the Mango iced tea with boba and it is super refreshing and flavorful. Whenever I try a different drink though, I'm never disappointed! Their boba is amazing and tastes super fresh. Their bathrooms are also really clean! Overall would 100% recommend! read more

I'm not from this area but I was on the road and wanted some boba. It was our first time & the ladies that helped us were really sweet and helpful. They let us sample some of their teas. The drinks are really good, not too sweet. But you can adjust the sweetness to your preference. I prefer my drinks less sweet. My family got the Thai tea, taro milk, and avocado frappe. This is one of my favorite places in the area to get Boba tea I'd prefer it than the other Boba tea place in Loma Linda because they take really long and their Boba is not good this place has warm honey Boba that is really delicious and I usually get the Monday specials or a thai or taro milk tea Boba. read more

they have mini boba!! and they have a caffeine-free taro drink, which is a great option if you're trying to get your boba on after work hours i forget what it's called exactly but it tastes like cereal milk. i'm new to the area and i'm happy to have found a boba spot. i'll take it as a good sign :D read more

Really good boba shop :) only place around the area that offers sea cream. Ding Tea has it on their menu but they don't serve it. Shop is extremely clean and staff was very helpful/accommodating. I asked if their sea cream green tea was sweet and the cashier and another employee said yes, so I asked for half sugar. When I got my drink, it wasn't sweet enough for me, so I asked if I can add more sweetener and they were nicer than starbucks staff lol so I come here for my sea cream green tea fix! read more

Wonderful service, quick preparation, and tasty treats. This is an ideal spot to get a fast frap. I really enjoy matcha, and their matcha is a tad too sweet. Otherwise, i would give it higher ratings for a less sweet mix. Entirely personal preference. Prices are on par or a little more than Starbucks. read more

Tea isn't great- less traditional tea and more of a too sweet boba tea. They do charge $.30 to heat it, which is bizarre. My tea was luke warm and my mom's was cold: this is disappointing especially after paying extra for hot tea. read more

Heeey fellow yelpers back again with another hopefully insightful review. I came across this awesome little spot right here in my own backyard in Redlands. Now Ive only had milk tea 2 times before finding this place, but now I know what I've been missing. The first drink I had was the absolutely delicious sea salt caramel milk tea with salted whipped cream and egg pudding. OMG I highly recommend trying this specific tea it honestly hits the spot on these hot days. I will surely be back and I think I'll give the boba a shot next time. Well I went to CHACA yesterday, I had a great experience like the first time I went there during February, everybody was friendly, there was no awkwardness, my drink was spot on, and that one dude wasn't there haha. And I really wanted to rewrite my old review and leave a positive review.. Until I saw that my previous review that I didn't even write less then a week was removed, because why?? Because I honestly gave my opinion, so I am deciding to post it again in this review. (May 14th, 2017) "Wow, the last time I came to this place was during their soft opening in February. And I had such a great experience during that time, and when I was gone in a different country for work all I could think and crave about was CHACA! I remember a girl who had long hair Tiffany or Stephanie, I can't remember her name but she gave amazing customer service and went out of her way to do anything to please the customer. Really I hope she stills works here because I didn't see her, and I am worrying this place went downhill. Now let me explain what happened, I went to the store yesterday 5/14, mother's day!! I was in a great mood after seeing my mother after being gone for so long, and I thought I would treat myself to a drink since I have been gone for so long and it is only a 3 minute walk from my place to there. As soon as I walked in I was quietly greeted only by one their employees, Brenda but I could just feel the awkwardness as I step through. This other employee Richard wasn't even smiling he just avoided eye contact with me. I saw that there was a new special going on and I am sucker for specials, as soon as I ask the cashier Brenda about it all she did was point and tell me to read it myself, haha I guess she didn't know about the special either. She didn't look inform about it lol But she nicely took my order, I got a Sea Salt Caramel Milk Tea with boba, my favorite from the first time I went here. Richard made my drink, the entire time while making it he seemed annoyed and not happy, and when I got it he just quietly called my number and didn't even acknowledge me when I said thank you to him. Seriously they need to talk to him or fire him, he brought down the entire mood of the shop that day. I was thinking of staying to sit and wait for some friends that were going to come later, but I didn't want to stay a second longer with all the awkward air coming from this employee, ruining the mood for me the customer and everyone else working there. And when I left the cashier girl said goodbye, but still the male employee didn't say anything and just went to the back of the shop. I felt bad for the girl that had to work with him all night, I would have quit if I had to stay with him the entire night. Yikes, Also I'll be back later to get another drink. But if I see this Richard employee again I won't come in, they will have to lose one customer until they get rid of him or put him on less shifts so I don't have to see him. This was seriously my worst experience in a store ever. Get back the old good employees, I miss the ginger girl (Tiffany/Stephanie I am so sorry I cant remember your name) and the other dude who used to work here!!" This was the review I wrote, I wasn't lying and I was really hoping this was helpful for everybody. Now let's see how long this will stay up so I can spread awareness about this store. read more

Chaca Tea Bar is seriously one of my favorite places to grab boba tea! Their drinks are always delicious and consistent. I usually get the Sea Salt Caramel Milk Tea, it's slightly caffeinated, which gives me the perfect little pick-me-up around 4 PM (just not too late, or I'll be up all night!). I love how the drink is cold but the brown sugar boba is warm, it's such a comforting combo and tastes amazing every time. My husband loves the Mango Boba Tea, and my son is all about the Oreo Shake, he never gets anything else! Plus, if you do a Yelp check-in, you get a free topping, which is a nice bonus. It's also a great local hangout spot for young adults, and I love that they offer fundraiser opportunities. During a three-hour window (usually between their peak hours from 2-7 PM), anyone who mentions your organization, Chaca will give back 13% of their order, such a fun and easy way to raise funds while enjoying good drinks and good vibes. The ambience is great, with music always playing and free Wi-Fi available. It's not a huge space, but if you snag a table, it's a cozy spot to relax or get some work done. The staff is always super fast and friendly, and the service time constantly impresses me. Their prices are also reasonably competitive especially for the quality they produce. I went in on Tuesday 26, and I was filled with disgust with one employee that worked there. Her name was Kenz or Ken, I don't know man but her face is in the avatar for this shop's yelp page, so yall beware. She was rude to me and my girlfriend, not even smiling once when she took our order and not saying anything when we left, she was talking to a girl in the back when we left. Me and my girlfriend couldn't see her but assumed that was their cook or something..? Just unbelievable, worst date stop, worst customer service, and worst employee ever! And my girlfriend got a Strawberry Slush, it was horrible as well. This Ken person made it like a juice, it was water down and it didn't even look like a "blended" drink, what that girl called it when she suggested it when my girl asked about it. I am never coming back, and my girlfriend, family, and friends also agree to never come back. They are missing out on now over a 100 customers thanks to this girl, and her awful way of making a "slush." Does she even know how to make the drinks at this store? read more

Okay I went again yesterday (June 3rd) like I said in my previous review I would do. And I did stand incorrect about the employees! I went with my family yesterday morning and was greeted with two new friendly faces, Tian and Tiffany. They were nice and outstanding. Tiffany helped pick out the perfect drinks for me and my family. And Tian fastly and smoothly made all of our drinks. (And he kindly placed it down and told us our drinks were ready with a smile, unlike another worker here) When we were ready to go both them gave their attention to us and nicely said goodbye and to have a nice day. I love this place! They have the best boba in town- honey! There is always fun music playing and cute decorations that change with the holidays. Wi-Fi is available with a clearly posted password. Everyone who works there is always friendly and willing to answer questions and give suggestions. I've enjoyed everything I've tried which includes iced honeydew milk tea, iced Thai tea with salted caramel cream, and hot rose milk tea among other things. Their service is always very timely even when they are busy which I appreciate. Lastly, I am immunocompromised and greatly appreciate being able to go somewhere that has observed covid precautions throughout the pandemic and puts the safety of customers, employees, and our community above all else. Chaca is one of my favorite places to get boba! I come here pretty regularly with my family and my favorite is probably rose green milk tea but i really like brown sugar milk tea too. I have never had a bad experience here either, the staff is so friendly and they make your order SO fast. I also appreciate the safety precautions that they take here to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. I personally lost a family member to covid, he contracted it because he was exposed to someone who didn't believe in wearing masks. So i really appreciate that this business takes that so seriously and continues to enforce masks, social distancing, and keeps the store so well sanitized. read more

After reading about this place on FB, I had to check them out. I'm sure glad I did. It's nice to see a business take the health and safety of their staff and customers seriously. Masks are required and they have extra available if you need one. No one that I could see was passing out or suffering brain damage from the imaginary lack of oxygen. It's too bad that some adults have to act like children when they don't get their way. I'm just sorry that I missed Jessilyn and Ako's temper tantrums. This is the best place for tea with boba. The owners and the staff are very nice and the service is fast. Green tea is very good for your digestive system. We visit Chava Tea Bar 4 to 5 times a week and we drive half an hour. The place is clean and there is no problem with parking. We tried other places but this is the best, enjoy!!! read more
