The hotel itself is pretty new with a very nice pool and small gym. The hotel room service and restaurant are pretty tasty as well. Price is not bad either with rooms starting at 60 and going up all the way to 120 in the high season. The staff is very friendly and always tries hard to please you. This is the only hotel i consider staying while i am in Merida for business since you also get free wifi and there are conference rooms in the lobby.

The check in with Alexander was flawless. He gave me a welcome drink... (non alcoholic but so good) and a coupon for another drink on the rooftop. The room has an amazing decoration and smells like a spa!!! Yey for room fragrances!!! A subtle vanilla with some spices i think. Absolutely amazing. The colors of the room are creams, wood, etc There is a mini fridge with some complimentary water and an espresso machine in the rooms! There is also a quiet room downstairs and a restaurant (other than rooftop). I would live here forever if i could lol *they even give you a whatsapp to communicate with the front desk Ok so this part comes hours later and im taking a star away for it: if you're a light sleeper (which im Not) you will hate this hotel for the noise. My neighbors are blasting their tv and though the front desk told them to turn it down (its 1 am).. they have not. Horrible. They think they are home alone. Walls are paper thin. And im not a light sleeper and can sleep through earthquakes so.. its rare for me to be bothered by any noise.

I could have gone home after that but next was an exfoliation scrub and wrapped in saran. Shortly was washed then moisturized. Skin was soft as a baby. Then my facial was up next. I don't know what tool she used for the extraction but I thought she created a new layer of skin. Lol. Next I got dressed then off to get a manicure and pedicure in a massage chair and a view of the outside pool. Chlorophyll water available. Every part of my visible anatomy was massaged...in between my fingers and toes and scalp too! Whew! I don't know what to tell you but this was like a 3.5 to 4 hour experience for a great price.
