This is not a complicated order, yet every single time my drink has been made incorrectly. After having the same issue repeatedly, I understandably became frustrated. What made this visit particularly upsetting was the way the situation was handled. Instead of trying to understand why I was frustrated or simply correcting the order, the person in charge, CiCi, came out to confront me. I found her tone and approach extremely condescending and unprofessional. As a customer who has returned five times and continued giving this business another chance, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect--not made to feel as though I was the problem for pointing out a repeated mistake. I want to emphasize that the food is very good, which is exactly why my family and I kept coming back. However, good food alone cannot make up for consistently incorrect orders and poor customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers should be able to politely explain how they want their order prepared, especially after experiencing the same mistake multiple times, without being confronted or spoken to in a condescending manner.
