Great spot that close to Odenplan (Stockholm) that serves a great bubble tea. For a person that has had many bubble teas in my life in not only China and Taiwan, this place for me gets the closest to the original thing possible. The prices for the beverages I believe are very decent, they're comparable to regular Swedish café prices (Maybe even a little cheaper) for a high quality boba which is definitely worth the price.
Whenever I feel a bit ''homesick'' I visit cha-talk to get a taste of my home far away from home.
The café itself is not the biggest. Honestly I think only 10-15 people can be in the café at the time. Though I also think that the concept of the store is to buy on the go, but with an acception for a few people that would want to drink their beverages at the spot.
Their meny don't contain too many variations and flavours which for me indicates that they've perfected their skills on making the drinks they have since there is only that many flavours.
Besides the drinks they also serve egg waffles which are good (nothing special, they're regular tasty egg waffles)
It would be fun to see more desserts in the future, but then again if their concept is ''on the go'' then desserts is not really their main focus since dessert is often the things you'd like to eat on the spot for most part (otherwise you'd need more refrigerators to store the desserts fresh and that would take even more space from the small cafe)
To summarize:
- Boba's top class, friendly prices and kind staff.
- Small cafe, more of a ''on the go'' place where you order your drink and get to where ever you need to go.
- A good spot that pretty central in Stockholm.
One of my go-to places whenever I crave a boba or feel a bit ''home-sick''
This place gets my approval. read more
