We have been frequenting the My Thai Palace North bay for a couple of years now. The food is…read moreexcellent! Be aware though they do NOT honour their gift certificates! I recently called in an order Friday June 4, 2021 only to be told that a gift certificate could only be used for pick up or in store dining ( not available during pandemic ). Fair enough I proceeded to pick it up in the establishment. The bill came to $45.65 my gift certificate was for $50. I presented it and the woman at the till said thank you you are good to go. I said but what about the remainder of the $50 . Her answer was the whole amount has to be used and did not offer a credit note for the balance. Sorry but to me this is outright theft. VERY DISAPOINTING BUSINESS PRACTICE!
